I messed my order up and they sorted it very quickly. They were very understanding and helpful and they even gave me an extra discount code which was so kind of them.

Excellent communication and very fast turnaround
The turnaround time has been excellent, from sending the collecting material to sending the completed item back, at every point I have been updated with the change in status and the whole process was completed and I received my necklace within 7 days, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
