Absolutely perfect. I was honestly a little nervous about buying any jewellery as I'm really fussy and I usually never like anything. It took 6 months for me to settle on a design and I chose the Sienna pendant and honestly pictures don't do it justice it is just stunning. I'm over the moon with it.

There was a small issue with the chain and they responded instantly with a solution. I will be recommending these to whoever is looking for something a little personal.

Received my breast milk ring and I’m so pleased with it - I like many others choose to get jewellery to represent a difficult but meaningful journey and also for the bond between my baby and I. I really loved the fact that you could see what was happening each week and looked forward to refreshing the tracker every Tuesday 😂 so exciting to open the parcel and such a lovely touch to receive the sunflower seeds and the certificate of authenticity as well as a little cloth to look after my ring. Thank you so much!

Placed an order in November for 2 items of jewellery to include my mum's ashes. These were to be xmas gifts to my daughters so I checked on the website that these would be in time for xmas and there was an option to have the items fast tracked which I paid for just to be sure. This fee was later refunded to me but with no explanation as to why. If they had informed me that the order would not be ready for xmas, I would not have continued with the purchase.When I got an update in December that items were in the making process it became clear that these would not be with me for xmas. Several emails got me no where, then on 16/12/25 without notice, they cancelled my order due to the "continued disagreement with the ordering process" These gifts were extremely personal and important to me. For a small company to adopt this attitude says a lot for how little they value their customers as they gave no thought to me.

I have today received my ash inclusion ring and I am absolutely in love. It is beautiful.
Aside from the amazing jewellery, the experience I had was lovely. I had a couple of questions and each time they were answered with care and compassion.
I paid for fast track because I wanted my loved one to be with me as quickly as possible after being entirely devasted. From sending my pack with inclusions to receiving my ring was 2.5 weeks.

I cried opening the package, the love and care taken is evident. I miss my girl every single second, but carrying a part of her with I feel more whole than I have since I lost her.

My only slight niggle is I wasn't kept updated. As I paid for fast track the order didn't follow usual order tracking and my only notification was when my ring was dispatched.

Beautiful handcrafted ring. The entire process took weeks and weeks, but I was able to track my ring's progress on the website so I knew that it was being worked on. I've seen a lot of negative reviews about this company but they created a really lovely piece for me. They clearly put a lot of thought into the packaging, which made opening it a really special experience. Cumbria Life Casting is the only company that I could find to offer breastmilk in glass, rather than resin, which is why I chose them to make my ring.

Absolutely heartbroken. Trusted this company with my Dad's ashes to make me a forever ring and the ring is hideous! Looks and feels like plastic; the sort of ring you'd get from a Christmas cracker! Cannot believe I paid £170 for it. Shockingly bad and clearly not 925 silver. Looks like the blanks from China/India. Please don't waste your money. There are far better companies out there.
