Hi Natasha, we’re so pleased that your son loved his ring. Apologies for the fewer inclusions. This would have probably been due to the ashes type if there aren’t enough compatible pieces to place inside the setting.
With ashes jewellery it can all depend on setting depth and ash type, with some ashes being of a powdery consistency and some are more solid, however, we do try our very best to place the most suitable pieces of ash within each setting without compromising on the design.

I wanted a paw print charm after our dog recently passed away. I chose this company because they offered the chance to customise the colour of the enamel. I sent them a photo of his fur and the charm was the perfect colour!
Every stage of the process was fast and efficient and the charm arrived beautifully packaged with the left over ashes returned.

Upon receiving my lovely memorial ring made by Nicky Robin I was straight away moved by the thoughtful presentation. Wrapped in black tissue paper in a little black box containing my beautiful ring containing my daughter’s ashes also wrapped with a little black bow.
