Their were 2 separate teams. One to do the path to the front and side of the house and the second team to do the drive. The gap between the two was just over 3 weeks. Both teams were pleasant, hardworking and thorough and seem to have done a very good job. They have left the path and drive looking really good and I have had several passing people stop to enquire and admire. The teams cleared up well after they finished and left everything very tidy.

Staff and workers were helpful and polite throughout the whole process, everything went smoothly and the final result is great. Thank you

All staff and teams working with us were polite, respectful and friendly. They explained the whole process of digging up our old drive and replacing it with a resin surface.
Our new drive looks amazing and has been admired by family, friends, neighbours and even passers by.
I would definitely recommend New Generation.

The company kept me informed regularly about the proposed work and arrived promptly on the day. All work carried to the highest standards with no disruption. The work was carried out efficiently by the engineer who demonstrated how to operate it. No mess created and equipment left in full working order. Very pleased with the whole process and the results were excellent. Altogether my experience with Next Generation Home Improvements was totally positive and I would recommend them as being trustworthy and very professional.

The work that was done was an eye opener, Luke's crew worked very hard as did Andy's crew. Workmanship was out of this world. The resin crew made our garden look like a show house. If you want to see come to chesterfield, I'll be happy to show off there work.

Good service from start to finish a professional company they are a little expensive but use good quality products and hard working staff

I was recommend Next Generation by my dad who has work done. From start to finish the process was well managed. The teams that came to do the work at the property were a true credit to the company. The finished work is fantastic and made a beautiful space to enjoy our garden. Will definitely use again for future work.

I rang this company up for a quote to replace our side gate. Before I was given a date, the man asked "who will be at home"? I was taken by surprise, so asked what that had to do with a side gate quote. Being a female, alarm bells rang. He said that he could send a female if I was home alone.

Then another man rang day before the quote date to confirm. After a convo about the cost and wanting fencing too, he asked again the same question. I said either myself or my husband, to which he huffed and replied "in that case, can we rearrange date so your husband is there too". So my reply was the same. By this time, I was beyond angry and disappointed. His response was that they find if both of us are here, we are more likely to go ahead with the quote!!!

So which excuse is it? You call yourself NEXT GENERATION!!! I am so appalled and disgusted.

Treating a female like this is insulting, sexist and degrading. What's you're protocol for people who live by themselves or with same sex parters or single parents??????

Very nice job on a resin drive in the back garden, and a month later we decided to have new garage doors as well.

Very nice job on both, polite and all mess cleared up. Would be happy to recommend them.

On time the day they said they would arrive, very experienced on what they did, answered any questions asked, politely, both teams great, Would consider using again

We are highly satisfied with our new resin drive, so much so, in fact, that we are now in the process of having additional work carried out down the side of our property. From the outset, everything was carried out on time and in a professional and friendly manner. They were in regular contact with us both prior and during the installation, making sure that we were happy with the work being carried out. I cannot fault Next Generation Home Improvements and have no hesitation in recommending them.

We were kept informed about the progress of the driveway from the moment we decided to go ahead with the driveway. Detailed plans were discussed and shared.
Time was given to discuss possible finishes.
The only slight (and I do mean slight) negative, was the sales patter was a bit long, but in their defense they have a good high quality product and they want to sing about it.
Very happy with the finished driveway.

We have recently had a raised resin bound patio installed by Next Generation Home Improvements and are very satisfied with the workmanship and the overall appearance, It's a pleasure to deal with a well -managed company and an efficient work team and office staff who all carried out the work in a very professional manner.

I originally looked this company up as I was after a quote for my front garden of my new build. On the day I sent my enquiry someone called me asking for availability. I was advised that 24 hrs before the visit, they would call to confirm the appointment - to which they did, and this is where it went horribly wrong. I was called by a random mobile number to which I was greeted with, " just to confirm the appointment for tomorrow and that you wife will be present". I said, no as I had told the original person I spoke with the week before. He said, well that changes things because we rely on you calling us back as statistically if your wife is not present then 1% call us back where as if your wife is present 95% call us back. I said, what if I was single then? To which I got a reply of, "well that changes things doesn't it". He then proceeded to ask who I has spoke to as they would be "severely dealt with" and I went on to say "hold on it's not his fault its you being all aggressive in your sales pitch, and my wife wants a new driveway and she has given me her brief". He said but there are thousands of options and she needs to be there. He kept saying that its company policy that the wife is present. What an absolute joke. I asked if he was sure that he did not want to attend, even though their quotation is free of charge and no obligation!) Having seen now on other reviews very similar tactics, but also some very negative reviews in general, I have dodged a bullet here. DO NOT DENY any of this, you told me your calls are recorded. I am making sure other innocent potential customers do not fall foul of your techniques. I am sorry you would have had to travel 80 miles to do the quote - in which case don't advertise FOC no obligation quotes - this is FALSE representation. You have wasted my time!

Excellent service from initial visit to end of project. All work carried to a very high standard by friendly and professional team. The actual fencing is very high quality looks stunning totally transforming the garden, would definitely recommend Next Generation Home Improvements.

The work was carried out in a professional manner and the installation of our fence was completed early

We had our old concrete & clacky slab front drive replaced with a Resin drive & it looks absolutely fantastic. The comparrison is unbelievable. Neighbours & passing people have commented & it has all been positive. The ground work crew were great & worked through some of the hottest days this year! The resin laying team were just as good & completed the transformation. After two weeks it looks as good as the day it was competed & the rain we have had has all drained away. Early days & we are well pleased with our new drive, the teams that that worked on it & the admin staff that kept us informed from quote to completion.

Started great then went downhill rapidly. Sold the project of being all completed within 7-10 days after the preparation works when in fact in took 6 weeks.
On complettion of preparation work being carried out but digger left blocking the drive for 5 days. Garage door damaged by the mini-digger during the works, no one knocked on the door to say what happened, only found out as the security camera picked it up, then took about 5 weeks to finally mend it after I called numerous times.
Materials then delivered and left in the close for over a week and works delayed. Project manager non-existent and had to call to find out what was happening.
Only positive, the works were good and did a nice job but everything else absolutely shocking !!
