Absolutely amazing customer service and very quick postage. I placed an order online for delivery and realised the next day I forgot an item - a quick email and had a quick response. They quickly intercepted the outgoing order and added the new item. It was dispatched and with me the very next day. Outstanding. I have used this company a few times and would use them all the time. Great prices as well.

Excellent Personal Service
I had a query regarding the (different) delivery and payment addresses. I 'phoned Newitts and got straight through to a very helpful lady who dealt with my query very quickly and effectively. I just wish more companies would opt to provide such excellent personal service rather than useless chat bots, and will definitely be a repeat customer!

First time customer, website easy to navigate and great prices. Ordered with standard delivery. Despite the FedEx parcel going missing on the tracking for 2 days (not newitts fault), Newitts customer service was brilliant (Special thanks to Julie) and couldn’t have ask for more, quick replies on the customer service email and they opened up a case with FedEx (though not required). Parcel did arrive 2 days late (FedEx fault) but newitts were supportive, kind and polite throughout. 5 star customer service.

Newitts really easy to work with. The Order I placed was delivered as expected. I order 2 items. Unfortunatley 1 items arrived with very small damage, This was no Fault of Newitts. I contacted Newitts customer services, and hey dealt with the issue extremely quickly and effectively. Within 3 Days i had a replacment product and in time for when I needed it.

Excellent service, forgot to add an item to a large so contacted service team who organised for it to be added to my initial purchase and so avoid extra postage costs.
Great selection of products at great prices

I had an issue with an item purchased as a gift, I contacted the seller and explained the issue sending a couple of photos to show as such. The service was excellent and a new pair was sent out swiftly and my granddaughter was thrilled. Thank you

Great company. Good price for the item ordered. The delivery company- delivered to the wrong address and Newitts quickly contacted them and arranged for it to be delivered to the correct address on the same day.

Made a purchase online to be collected. Due to a number of factors we were unable to collect. A quick phone call and it was changed to delivery. Delivered in a couple of days. Excellent service

Useless, sent parcel to an address I moved out out of more than 3 years ago despite putting address in, customer service team was of no help whatsoever either. Don’t use.

I, unfortunately, had to return the items I got from Newetts, purely because the third party delivery company messed up delivery and I then had no need for them. However, when I contacted Newetts to help my process my refund, I got an email back within minutes and my refund was in my account within hours. Their representative was very polite and efficient and due to this experience, I would definitely order from them in the future.

The website was easy to use and well-priced. Some items were out of stock so I phoned up and staff were brilliant in helping out. Delivery was quick as well.

We bought these gloves for our classes. The size guide for kids aged 5-7 years states 6oz which is what we bought. When we opened the gloves, and tried them, they were extremely tight for the age stated and a 4 year old found it difficult to fit the gloves.

We had to pay for the return even when the info was not accurate and we were ordering a size up which we paid further more delivery charges for. Staff were not nice either

They did more then they actuall needed to, but they understood that it must be be done to make a difference to competitors! Fantastic customer service, all person i talked / chat with due a complicate case, was unbeleavable customer/service minded and helped to the end of this case.

Ordering very easy through online shop, with easy searching and good descriptions of products. Returns process, refunds and after sales service exceptionally good too!
