Just reviewing my account and came across Newitts account. They do not have "Delete account" button like some companies, but still after emailing them yesterday they acted very swiftly and today my account has been removed. I only ever placed one order with them but everything was great incl. product, delivery etc. Would definitely recommend them.

I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE BALLS AND COULDNT WORK OUT HOW TO SEND THEM BACK AND THE CUSTOMER CARE WERE BRILL AND REALLY HELPED ME OUT

Fast, easy & great service. I placed my order and contacted the customer support as it was important I received my items within the delivery window specified. The response was friendly, polite and helpful. The delivery was dispatched that day and I received it within 2 days.
Products were packed in an efficient way and are all of quality.

I ordered a netball post for my daughter for Christmas. Unfortunately I missed the DPD delivery and didn't realise so it was sent back to Newitts. However, Newitts were amazing at immediately sending back and I received it the next day. Their customer service was exceptional, thank you.

Ordered a Nike football for my son for Christmas that was faulty (went down after 2 days) emailed them today and Diana dealt with the problem straight away and organised for a new one to be sent out , can not fault the service from this company.. excellent customer service

Nike match balls purchased from Newitts. Only used a handful of times. Over last 2 months in games. Newitts company unwilling to replace. Zero customs service.

Stunning the indifference shown to me trying to get this resolved.

Can Newitts provide me with the name & qualifications of the manufacturing scientist you employ to establish that the balls damaged were caused by how you describe.

You do realise that using phrases such as ‘we feel’ without any credible evidence for scientific backing is absurd.

I have looked through previous complaints with balls and this seems to be your stock reply.

Studs or sharp objects caused the damage. It wasn’t a manufacturing error you seem to claim.

I hope others can see your company is one not to be trusted to show corporate integrity & responsibly when it comes to genuine consumer complaints.

Absolutely amazing customer service and very quick postage. I placed an order online for delivery and realised the next day I forgot an item - a quick email and had a quick response. They quickly intercepted the outgoing order and added the new item. It was dispatched and with me the very next day. Outstanding. I have used this company a few times and would use them all the time. Great prices as well.
