The oils were just what I needed to make my perfume, very high quality!

I ordered products a month ago and never received them. I have sent messages and Called but never got a response from any one. I have been a really good customer and I will not be ordering from you again.

It’s been over a month and I still don’t have my order. Attempted to call and left a message but never got a call back.

Not sure what is going on with this company. I have always had great experiences with them. Something must be happening internally because deliveries are no longer followed through with and there is ZERO communication even possible with the company. I was luckily able to cancel my orders. Maybe they are going under?

Buyer Beware…I have a 500.00 order that has been pending since Oct.16th. Three weeks.. really? No emails on shipping information from this company, and no communication at all. I call every day, sometimes twice a day and it goes to voice mail. I have no way of checking my order and at this point or canceling my order. I own a business and I am discussed in the lack of integrity and poor customer service this company shows. They are impossible to reach and there is no real-time support or customer service. You only get an automated response that tells you to leave a number and they will call you back, they are 100% unresponsive.

I placed my order 10-3-23 and still have not recieved it, nor has it shipped. They have good products at a great price, but if I can't get it delivered?????

It took 3 weeks for my order to be processed and then another week to receive in the mail. When I emailed about it the only response I got was basically saying, your package is heading your way. Did my order get lost? It would be good to know why instead of a generic response.

My product were ordered in October 5th. My credit card was charged for the order. It is now November 2nd and none of my order has arrived and no one is answering emails nor phone calls. Very disappointed in your company.

I placed an order for 2 tubs of shea butter on Oct.5th and I still haven't received it. I called 2 weeks ago and was told it would ship in a few days and it still has not shipped.

Currently, I can't give any. I don't normally give negative reviews. But I'm just so frustrated and disappointed. I haven't received my package yet, even though it's already been almost a month. This delay has caused me a lot of trouble as it has put me behind schedule in rolling out new products for a big Holiday show. As a result, it has cost me financially. I understand delays; however, there was zero communication. I've had to call the company twice and email once. Customer service was very nice they told me that I would get an email when it's shipped and that it should be soon. That was two weeks ago.

I've ordered from New Directions many times with no issue, but this time I haven't received my order and it's been over a month. I placed a request for an update with no response other than "we received your inquiry."

Your speed of fulfilment is terrible. It's not possible to prepare simple order over a month. It was never like this before. You must change something, we are planning to switch our business to another supplier due to the luck of your service.

I placed my order on October 4th. It still hasn't arrived. The company has not reached out to let me know when to expect my order, to apologize, or to help in any way.

I love New Directions Aromatics. Their products are top of the line and exactly what I need for my business. Only wish a discount could be offered for repeat customers or something off of shipping.

Quality products, lovely smelling neroli hydrosol. Definitely buying again.

Ordered our supplies on October 7th.
To this day, October 31st, we have not received our order.
Contacted New Directions through email as well as phone and no one has returned our correspondences.
VERY DISSAPOINTED!

Shipping is very slow. One needs to order far in advance.

You won't answer your phone.
You won't call back on multiple messages left.
You won't respond to emails.

On Oct 1st my order was placed. I'm a skincare line company and was looking for a new distributor. On October 26th no product available. I called to find out my order is still pending with no ship date available.
