Trustworthy and excellent service.
We have been ordering Akeela from this site for around 6 months and have had no issues. Customer Service are very attentive and quick to respond. Trust worthy and will continue to be using this site to order our dog food! Thanks netpetshop our dog loves his food!

First time buyer - excellent service
We feed our dog Burns large breed dry dog food and, being a large breed, he gets through it quite quickly, so we always buy the largest sack, 15kg. And we always look for the cheapest supplier. This month it was NetPetShop. We hadn't bought from them before, but were happy to give them a try. The sack was safely and securely delivered within a few days.
Right product, good delivery and excellent price - what more could one ask for? We will certainly buy from them again!

Good service, good prices and quick delivery
I have been buying my dried dog food from netpetshop for the last few months. They have been the best on price for the food I need for my dog (a brilliant Grain Free food) and are quick to send a email to say my order has been despatched. Delivery time has been good. No complaints from me, I will be using them again!

I have found the NetPetShop to offer the best prices on the dog food I buy, and their deliveries arrive very quickly. They have a massive variety of brands and products, I think it's the perfect online store for pet supplies!

Have purchased many times from Netpetshop and have never had any issues. The prices are competitive & they give a choice of couriers so your not stuck with Yodel. Products always arrive quickly and in good condition & the woofers are happy which is the main thing. Thanks netpetshop

Overall very good! The one little thing I don't really like is the delivery system: there is no way of knowing exactly when it will be delivered, as everything is based "from the point of dispatch".

Thanks for your feedback. This is an area we are doing our best to improve on, as our goal is for people to know when to expect their order exactly like with the massive companies, but on the budget of the small and friendly company that we are! :-)

Good website and prompt delivery
I found this website by accident, trying to find somewhere which sells the kibble for our puppy. It isn't sold in many places. I'm glad I found this website.
Whilst browsing I also found it sells reasonably priced fish skin dog treats, so I bought a large bag!
Glad I found this seller and would use again.

Excellent service and very happy dogs!
Regular repeat order ensures we do not run out of our 2 Weimaraner dogs favorite food.
Good email notifications of food dispatch and delivery times, never a problem having to go and get it and dog coats, teeth and health are excellent.
