Fantastic products and service. Alfi and Josh were excellent - prompt, efficient and super friendly!

Emma-Louise was incredibly helpful today. We went into the store to see the products in person before ordering and to make sure we were choosing the right ones. She didn’t rush us at all and was super nice throughout. The store has a lovely atmosphere, and everyone was so welcoming. I would highly recommend Emma-Louise and all the staff at Neptune.

The Fulham Neptune team have been amazing. From design concept to finished product they have gone the extra mile to make everything perfect and to make us feel happy and confident throughout. The support is excellent. The kitchen and furniture is beautiful and it should last forever.

I had the best in store service, over the telephone service, service in terms of timing of the delivery and the delivery driver was the nicest kindest service orientated driver I have ever experienced. SUPERB!

Excellent service from the start. Love the Keswick mirrors we purchased! A special mention for your two delivery personnel, Mihai and Nimel. Their courtesy, consideration and overall manner was exceptional. Besides, they arrived exactly when they said they would! What a bonus!! A credit to your company!

Bespoke order delivered to worse standard than Ikea after 7 weeks in production - told to purchase additional paint to apply another coat on site despite having purchased and paid a premium for a finished product ready to install. The zig-zag shelf supports are made from plywood and finished to such standard that extra attention is needed when touching to avoid splinters.

Popped in the Fulham showroom last week and bought a light pendant for a dressing room. It arrived a few days later. Very impressed with the service I received

Shop staff at Fulham and Wimbledon were very helpful and spent time with us. We were able to see and test our sofas before deciding. The delivery team were extremely efficient.

Everybody in NEPTUNE is so kind and polite and tries so hard to make everything easy for their customer. I ordered by mistake only one plant pot and I needed to plant pots. Not only did they send it immediately within 24 hours but they refunded me the difference for delivery I can’t thank the staff enough it just a wonderful shop with beautiful things And kind kind people….. Excellent service. Staff go above and beyond. Staff in the Wandsworth Bridge Road shop spent unhurried time explaining products and were patient helping me to choose without any pressure. Staff are lovely.

Couldn’t ask for better service. Marcie and her manager effortlessly guided me through my purchase and went to added lengths to ensure all bases with my order. A** a real credit to the business and brand.

The staff in the Fulham Neptune shop were so helpful when I went in to order the
Chichester potboard, advising on colour and handles etc. and also baskets to go on the bottom shelf.
it arrived more quickly than expected and the delivery drivers were fantastic (so polite and careful) and we love the sideboard, it fits in perfectly in our kitchen and is so well made. Also comes with a handy small pot of paint for any touch ups.

After some unexpected repairs and building work, I decided to make a tough experience positive by gifting myself the new Neptune kitchen which I had long wanted.
The team at Neptune were amazing: professional, helpful, responsive and pleasant to work with.
Starting with the design team George supported by Kristy, to delivery, through to the fitting by Lee and Ben and then final painting by Graham and Stuart, everything went smoothly and was done on time.
The whole project was managed by Greg, who made sure I new what was happening, checked in with me throughout and even made an extra visit to deal with a walking washing machine !
Thank you to the whole team for making the process easy and the end result perfect.

Neptune have been amazing and in particular, Amy F who is a customer experience advisor. She was so responsive, answering my emails almost immediately every time, efficient at sorting everything out and so helpful, it is rare to receive a service like that these days! Everything Neptune sells is amazing too, if I won the lottery I would do my whole house and kitchen just from Neptune!
