Over the years, we’ve been trying to come up with the best way to say, “Hello, we’re Neptune, and this is who we are.” It’s easy to learn that we’re an interiors brand – our stores, and our website will tell you that in no time. But while our designs are a huge part of who we are, ‘the why’ and ‘the how’ almost matter more than ‘the what’. It’s easy to tell you what we do, it’s harder to explain why. Dining table and chairs
I am over the moon with my table, chairs and console table. I also had the best advice from a lovely lady in the Bath store when choosing my chairs to go with my table. I have the smallest space to furnish and the help and advice I was given was excellent.

A very mixed experience
The manager in the store was very helpful and had a lot of time for us when we visited on the 20th October.
We returned on the 21st to order the mirror we had seen. Whilst paying for this, and a few other items from the store, I asked if there was an NHS discount, explaining I had been given a candle when buying Ludlow stools in another store.
One of the other members of staff sitting at the table was very direct and rude saying ‘we have customers who spend thousands in here’.
This just isn’t what I expect from a store I have previously really enjoyed visiting and buying items for my home.
I will think twice about returning to this store.

My husband and I were very disappointed…
Myself and my husband were very dissapointed to have brought our friends here to show them our new kitchen ideas and to be met with such an unfriendly atmosphere. It felt like we were an inconvenience in the Neptune shop.
Thankfully our visit in to the connecting cafe was a warm welcome as always, a delicious lunch and scrummy cake! A completely different experience from the cold Neptune shop.

Perfect service every time
Whether we visit the shop in Bath or make purchases over the phone the service is faultless and every person with deal with is professional, efficient and extremely polite.

Uncomfortable
As a frequent customer of the shop in Bath, and an avid Neptune fan, my last few visits here have been underwhelming. Most recently last week. The staff seem miserable and the atmosphere is awkward. I try and get in and out as fast as possible. There is an air about the place that is uncomfortable and I almost dread walking in. I think I will shop online from now on.

What a fantastic place in the middle of bath. The staff are always on hand to help with a gracious smile! Ellie and the team have always been kind to give us great insight into items to dress our home and always point us in the right direction if our style goes somewhat wayward at times!

I ordered my chair in January
I ordered my chair in January, finally it arrived at the end of April. However yet again it was plonked in a box not protected by any sort of cover especially given it was cream linen fabric. It has a slight mark on it but by this point I’d waited so long that I couldn’t be bothered to send it back even though it was very expensive. I think Neptune are relying on their middle class followers more than their quality these days. It’s a shame.

Cocktail making class
I came to the Cocktail making class. I could not fault the warm welcome extended by your staff Annabel and Maisie, they were so helpful and made each guest feel part of the event group. It was a very enjoyable night making beautiful cocktails in your stunning showroom

Cocktail masterclass at the stylish Bath Neptune
An evening in the fabulous Bath Neptune, learning to make cocktails I wouldn’t usually have attempted. Professional cocktail maker with amazing support from the Neptune staff, especially Annabel Chapman who was really knowledgeable and helped make the event fun. I particularly enjoyed getting to know the Neptune barware (some of which will definitely be purchased) as well as their kitchen options. useful to see the uses of the Neptune cabinets which are as practical as they are stylish.
