Neoscapes Maldives Recenzje

This was our first trip to the Maldives. Ms Pooja from Neoscapes recommended the ideal resort for us. We wanted to snorkel in the crystal clear waters, and she recommended Oblu Nature Helegeli. This beautiful island has a house reef, meaning, just walk from the beach or jetty into the waters filled with colourful fishes and corals. Ms Pooja simplified our complex booking requirements and gave us the best value for money package. She made sure we were allocated the best villas for our stay. The resort itself was faultless - everything needed was given; the staff were very friendly and obliging; everything was clean and working properly; service started on arrival at the airport and ended by dispatching us back to the airport; they accommodated our early arrival and late departure. Beyond all this was the snorkeling experience and two complimentary boat trips where we saw the acrobatic antics of spinner dolphins and bottlenose dolphins escorting our boat.

Huge thanks to Zimmy from the Neoscape Maldives team 💙

Zimmy helped me book a resort in Amilla Maldives for my wife's birthday. She was super helpful, creative, and always on top of things. From the start, she really understood what I was trying to achieve and made sure our stay in Maldives was perfect 🏝️

Planning a Maldive trip was definitely challenging as there were hundreds of resorts and different packages to choose from and I was definitely spoilt for choices - it was a headache 🥴

However, her attention to detail and answering my 1001 queries made all the difference! Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she made the whole process so smooth and enjoyable 🤗

Zimmy, you were an absolute star ✨ Thank you very much for making my once in a lifetime trip to Maldives a memorable one esp for my wife!

Had a great trip to Furaveri maldives. Package was quoted by Neoscapes maldives was the best rate compare to others, special Thanks to customer representative Ms Dhivya for the complete help and best customer service. Will definitely visit again

Very poor communication by the agent name Dhivya
Before doing the bookings she insisted to come before 3 pm and we did the same and when we landed here @1:30 the resort saying that the sea plane availability is between 5 to 5:30 pm which was so annoying that whole ur day is lost when you are paying $1000 a day.

I don’t trust this business. I questioned the quote as it seemed too cheap to be true. I asked if they contracted directly with the hotel which the said they did. However, on contacting the reservations director of the hotel, I was told that they have not contract with Neoescapes and not heard of my contact. I’d avoid booking and use a reputable agent.

Amazing job done by Zimmy from Neoscapes. Everything was well organised from A-Z. We went to Brennia and the hotel was beautiful, one of the best, if not the best holiday we've ever had! Highly recommended.

Superb!! Best holidays ever!! Really thankful for this experience, will definitely come back soon.

Very professional , excellent service from the moment we booked till our holiday was over . Very helpful and friendly . Jason especially went out of his way to accommodate us .

A very relaxing vacation with All Inclusive Package. Prompt response from Neoscape Maldives was highly appreciated and recommended.

We stayed at Deluxe Water Villa for 6 nights. The room was nice but a bit warm as the aircon was not functioning well: water leaking, lack of maintenance.

The food served in Sunset Restaurant was terrible, the staff were generally friendly except the chef at Pasta Station. We truly loved Lagoon Bar and Restaurant, all the waiters and waitresses were friendly and the food were fantastic!

Snorkelling was amazing and we saw sea turtle! Lucky dolphins cruise was a great experience and the staff were nice and friendly! PLUS POINTS!

Overall, we enjoyed the whole trip and services provided by Neoscape Maldives!

We stayed at Cinnamon Dhonveli Maldives for 2 nights and 3 days. It was amazing. Thank you for recommending us in that resort and a speedy booking for us. It was nice to meet one of your beautiful agent Rita - she is brilliant. She is costumer focused, cheerful and always willing to help you find the best resort options. I love her much 😍. I would highly recommend her and your company to my friends and relatives. Excellent service 👍👍👏🏼👏🏼.

Used Neoscapes for our recent family holiday to Jumeirah Vitavelli. Service received was excellent. We were travelling with a young child, so very much appreciated the personalised meet at the airport to ensuring everything was ready for our stay at the resort. Would definitely recommend!
