Neonfilter Recenzje

I absolutely love our sign thank you so much it looks amazing in our new cafe
quick and easy ordering , well packaged
100% recommendation
Thank you

I placed my order on tuesday 8th July as I needed the sign for a feature I was making that weekend. I only ordered it from this company as it said free next day delivery. It is now friday 11th July. Still not received my order so I rang and chased them, to be told that it's actually 5 days production and then next day from there. Really not happy as nowhere did it say 5 day production, therwise I would have sourced it elsewhere.

We placed our order and within a few days, our sign arrived! We’ve already tried it out for a full installation, and it’s actually quite impressive. We chose the templates because they perfectly matched our needs. The price was great, and the build quality is excellent. The customer service is also top-notch, especially compared to most other online companies. And the delivery updates have been excellent too!

The whole process was so simple! I’d been to a few other companies for quotes and honestly they were extremely expensive and not nearly as easy to design your own sign. Came in great time and looks amazing in my studio!

Fantastic service, would definitely recommend!

From start to finish the process was seamless.
The quality of the finished sign was much better than I anticipated.
Would defiantly recommend.

I got a light for my sister for our birthday and she loved it. Very fast delivery and good quality sign

All staff have the same great customer service. Nothing is too much trouble and my problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently with no quibble. We love our neon bar sign and would highly recommend!

I feel as though I need to make people aware of this.. In the beginning when I first begun the proofing stages, the lass I dealt with at the start with was brilliant.. she couldn’t help enough so no complaints there.. once the sign goes into production the delivery scales are complete nonsense. We had three days worth of delays on the product leaving the manufacturer, even though the sign was apparently finished. The sign was almost a week late and if I’m being completely honest, upon opening the sign, the workmanship is poor, poor joints on letters leaving gaps, external wiring left badly done between letters, I am really disappointed given the how eager/excited I was to receive this product for our new office opening.. (which they missed the deadline for)

Personally, I would avoid using them, as companies who operate outside of the UK have better quality and I can’t believe I’m saying this, but will deliver the product sooner and to a higher standard..

After reading the other reviews, I can only assume this sign is going to be faulty in due course but I will sort this myself as by the sounds of it. It will be easier.

What a shame, as we like to back UK businesses, but this just shows the poor quality control and laziness of the production team to fine eye detail which makes all the difference.

Stop rushing and take your time and produce a quality product. I could’ve dealt with the delay had the product been to an acceptable standard.

Great value, quality sign and easy to order. Production and delivery was really quick. Can’t wait to use this sign at my wedding.

Absolutely brilliant, made and delivered quickly, well packaged. The sign is fabulous. Good value for money. Will definitely use this company again.

Good quality, quick delivery and reasonably priced

Absolutely love the final product! The team were so accommodating and communicative.

Simple to use website, great price and quality, very quick delivery.

I bought a custom light a couple of years ago which is still looking great, but I needed to purchase a dimmer for it. It looked like it was lost in transit, so they sent another one out on 48 hour shipping with no issues at all. They both arrived within 24 hours of each other, so after checking that the first one I opened worked well (which it did), I sent the other one back. Very happy with the product and service!

love my sign and looks really good quality. need to be careful when putting it up though, no much room for error with the perspex holes.

My logo sign turned out better than expected. I needed a rush order and it was delivered on-time for my important event and I received loads of compliments on it.

Brilliant. Second sign we have brought now. Excellent service. Easy to use website. Would highly recommend.

Recived Item quickly and it works perfectly. would recommend Neon Filter

Amazing Quality & Service!
We have worked with Neon Filter numerous times over the last year. Every single time they deliver high quality neon signs that stop people in their tracks. Their service is excellent and delivery times always honoured. We design signs for our bike dealers but they do the proofing, production, packaging and delivery. They are great, highly recommended!
