Our experience with Nelson Alexander Essendon was exceptional, especially thanks to Mereoni Robbin’s.
House hunting is relentless, but from the moment we walked into our now home we were greeted with a warm welcome from Mereoni, there was a lot of interest in the home however Mereoni’s ability to build a connection and answer all our questions made the process of buying my first home less overwhelming.
Mereonis ability to build a realtionship was second to none, whether it’s your first home or adding to your property portfolio, it was important for us to walk into a home and invision a life and future wherever we ended up. Whilst the home itself was perfect for us, it was the warm welcome and tailored service that made what can be a overwhelming experience in a tough market reassuring and comforting for a young couple.
Mereoni is great at what she does and Nelson Alexander is lucky to have her apart of the team!

Exceptional Agent
House hunting is hard. Finding the house that matches the image in your head is hard. My forever home image was firmly set. Finding an agent who could embrace that image not the sale but a genuine enthusiasm to be part of making a dream a reality is like finding gold .Georgia was like a breath of fresh air to my search. Although she was based in the Carlton office she was able to access any Nelson Alexander property thus replacing the need to continuously repeat my criteria or deal with multiple agents.She embraced my dream and motivated me when I was flagging. Not once did she show me a property that didn’t fit my criteria but when we’d look she ‘d look at my face see an expression and say it’s ‘ not quite it’ the feels missing for you. She listened , never judged or became annoyed at what seemed like an impossible task. Even when she went overseas she texted saying look at so and so. I could go on . If you’re in the market I can not recommend Georgia highly enough she’s an exceptional agent and a truly lovely person.
