Poor customer survice. Expensive postage cost with out benefit to the customer. Do not use their subscription service, they do not send reminders and its hard to cancel. You need to pay for returns postage too. The products are lovely but not worth my support any more, they do not look after their customers.

I wanted to use Natural Spa Factory’s private label service but my experience with Jeremy was so unprofessional that I feel compelled to leave this review. After waiting over 2 weeks for a response to my online query I finally received a reply from Jeremy. When I explained what I was looking for he responded by saying it’s was a “huge hassle” and then never replied when asking for a clarification. It’s incredibly unprofessional for a business to tell their potential client that their request is too much hassle. While the products look good I cannot recommend starting a partnership with this company unless you’re able to work with someone other than Jeremy.

I ordered 2 products on 27th Aug. ( shampoo and conditioner). When they arrived, one of the dispenser pumps have broken at the top meaning I could not dispense the product. I wrote to Natural Spa the same day the goods arrived 7th Sept requesting a replacement pump. As I had not heard anything from them I wrote to them again on 19th Sept, advising that I would not be returning. It was then, they sent me a form to fill in, a request for a picture in order for them to assist me? Why would I go to the bother of asking for a replacement pump if I didn't need one and the form I had to fill ?? in this day and age what is that all about. They seem to be able to cope with orders but not when things go wrong. Not Impressed.
I brought my wife a hand lotion and hand wash for Christmas. She absolutely loved them and I'll be definitely returning here for more with her birthday and Valentine's Day on the horizon.
