Easy ordering and quick delivery
Usually purchase from a local farm shop but quite often the products are out of stock, so decided to try direct delivery. Easy to order, everything in stock and delivery within 2 days with tracking info provided. Will continue to go this route now.

Natural instinct for dogs
I have bought natural instinct dog food and frozen treats several times over the years for my 3 dogs a Labrador retriever Westie and a little rescue dog never had any problems with delivery and always on time the dogs totally love it

Good quality and good value
This company is around the corner from me so very convenient and it means I can order for collection rather than getting deliveries that are packed in polystyrene boxes. My dog loves the food and does very well on it, good quality and good value.

Good food
Good food, didn't arrive next day as stated .
Also asked for it in polystyrene but that did not happen.
Ordered Monday evening arrived Thursday so it was all before the 1pm cut off. So should have been delivered Wednesday.
Also its ok in the winter in other packaging but in the summer it had started to defrost. Think you need to rethink your packaging for warmer weather. Been with this company for over 13 years just now having these problems.

Unfortunately we are currently not using polystyrene boxes as they were hard for customers to dispose of, so we are trying to take a more environmentally friendly approach. We do really appreciate your feedback and will definitely take it on board.
