Very easy to sell a ‘cherished’ plate. Did take some time, but got an acceptable amount for my plate, and once agreed, the transaction went through swiftly and easily. Have now listed another plate!

I had 4 number plates to sell and…
I had 4 number plates to sell and researched who to sell through for months. I went with National Numbers based on the reviews. it is now 2 months since I listed with them and I have sold 3 of the 4 plates. I got the right price for each plate and they make the process so simple. If you have a plate to sell (or want to buy a plate) this is the place to go. One of my buyers tried through another company first but realised they were putting a premium on top of the price from National numbers. If I could have given them 6 stars I would have. Superb Company.

Not a great experience
Not a great experience. Unfortunately, rang to buy a number, was told it was a third-party number, and I would get a call back that afternoon. Nothing happened. I rang the next day and was told they did not have information and would get back to me, still waiting after a week, no call, no email, nothing, and the number is still being advertised on their website

Odpowiedź od National Numbers
Hi Bob,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience.
Having reviewed this internally, we can see that the number you enquired about was a third-party listing and, while this was explained initially, we did not follow up within the timeframe promised. We completely understand your frustration, particularly as the listing remained live on our website while you were awaiting an update.
This is not the level of communication or service we aim to provide, and we’ve since reviewed the process internally to help prevent this happening again.
We appreciate you taking the time to speak with us following your review and apologise again for the inconvenience caused.

Brilliant service
Brilliant service. It can be daunting doing something new but this company made it so easy😊. I misplaced my certificate and at a cost of £25 the duplicate was authorised.
