Odpowiedź od National Numbers

Dear Richard,
Firstly, please accept my apologies for the delay in responding. I have been away on annual leave and have only recently returned to the office.
I have reviewed the circumstances surrounding your complaint and would like to sincerely apologise for the incorrect paperwork that was sent to you. I fully understand your frustration, particularly as this resulted in inconvenience to you and the additional expense of having to return the documentation to us.
We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of service and, on this occasion, we fell below the standards that both you and I would rightly expect.
As my colleague Phil mentioned, we would like to reimburse the postage costs you incurred in returning the paperwork. Please let me know the amount and I will arrange for this to be refunded promptly.
Thank you for your patience while we investigated the matter. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to put things right.
Once again, please accept my sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.
Kind regards,
David Edwards
Director of Operations
