I needed to increase my email storage. Tom advised me of the available upgrades and the different payment options. All sorted out in less than 5 minutes.

Invoicing queries sorted.
I was totally confused by various emails regarding services charges due for the provision of my emails.

Cancelled due to price rise.
Pretty disgusted with price rise. I've been with them since 1999, practically a founder member. I have just cancelled my Authenticated SMTP Access. In 2022 it cost me £34. In 2024 it was £54. This year, 2026, they want £150 !! since my URL does not come up for renewal until 2028 I consider that to be taking undue advantage over a captive client. I have cancelled the Authenticated SMTP Access and will be looking to move my hosting in 2028.
