The process of ordering is very easy and also payment.
The quality of the badges is great although the magnetic ones we have could be stronger as they can fall off easily when slightly caught.

The product when it eventually arrived…
The product when it eventually arrived was great, however the reason for the delay was a quality issue. I spoke to one of the Customer service team, a gent. Was really helpful and actually took the time to let me know there was an issue. I will be using this business again. I was just frustrated that no one told me that there was a delay. I needed the badges for an event. I didn't get them in time and could have made alternative arrangements.
