Do not bother. First you sign up to get the free trial and this automatically subscribes you, which you then have to make an account just to unsubscribe which I did and received no free sample. You can buy vapes a lot cheaper than this also. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Giving a one star because I have to give at lease one star.
I received an ad staying free samples to try out. So I decided to get some sent to me. NOWHERE did it say I was being subscribed to a monthly subscription. Well a few weeks later I receive an email stating I have a batch being sent and £13 pounds had been taken from my account!!
I then contacted them and they said yes you are subscribed and we can't cancel that order.
I clicked on the link to cancel subscription and it said I don't have an account. Which I didn't so I didn't know I was subscribed! I had to open an account, verify, then cancel. But they won't return my money.

Terrible!!! Avoid any free sample ads they will take your money anyway!!

If I could rate 1 I would. They advertised a free vape box which I thought I'd get for my friend. Little did I know every month boxes would come through my door then I realised they were charging me. Had to enter card details for free box. I then contacted them to cancel subscription 3 times yet again i have been charged today. Absolutely horrific customer service.

Ordered vape liquids through the free trial and then cancelled subscription to be told that I would not be sent the trial box. Ordered again and added another bottle on a different discount to make 5 btls for £5 postage and seen that they have now cancelled that without me knowing. Its a scam/fraud seems to be. Wasn't cancelled cause I ordered more than was allowed. They had 1 free trial that when cancelled couldn't be redone. I seen a different discount code for the same thing and one for cbd oil (different promotions). Just pay postage. Both were cancelled and none sent to me so I didn't order more than the 1 free trial box. Discount codes were: Free box, free box 13 and freecbd.

It wasn’t clear that I was signing up for a subscription. I’m annoyed that they can get away with this kind of misleading business practice.

I thought I had cancelled the subscription but I'm still being charged.... I do not want anymore liquids!!! Beware before u order from here

Disgusting customer service. I cancelled my subscription and they said I didn't and still charged me, they are causing so much fuss when I followed the instructions online to cancel. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE.

Good vape juice and it arrived quickly but like many others locked to subscription which I cannot cancel via their link. I emailed to cancel when I received a 2nd vape box...no reply so not sure if it's been actioned. I have now used their contact link to request a cancellation as the email verification never arrived on numerous occasions...starting to be really fed up now. Let's see......

and the email to create an account doesn't work, so i cant cancel it, And there is no number, so i cant call them to cancel it.
Emailed the help email address and see what happens then.

The juice is good, but like most people on here I was unaware I would automatically be signed up for the monthly subscription after the sample. It is obviously unclear this is what happens, as it is happening a lot. I would of purchased more on payday (1 week away) but, as my small funds have been pilfered by this unknown subscription, I won't be buying more.

Be very careful when signing up to the free trial! They put you into a subscription which is not easy to cancel as they insist they have sent your order already although I emailed immediately. I’m now left almost £15 lighter and no sign of a package from them! How convenient! Order number was 12533 so this is a genuine review. AVOID complete scam artists

Fraud, made a one off purchase for trial and as I went through my one off purchase I was not informed of a subscription or received any email confirming a subscription. Or agreed to them taking the funds they later on decided to pull money from my account. This trial is a fraud way for them to take money from your account to fund there activity, do not share you personal details with this company.

They will tell you on the website there is a cancellation process but if you go through that it will not show on your activity as a subscription and they may try to make you think you have entered your email incorrectly or whatever. Which again is not the case because my email is saved on my phones history so i dont repeat enter it. Contact your bank to stop them taking further funds, return there goods to receive your money back, if they refuse to return your funds report them to the financial conduct authorities.

This is an extremely good company who offers many things when it comes to vaping. Based in the UK they service pretty much anywhere in the world. They have a huge selection of pens and E liquids check them out

My wife ordered 4 samples on there special promition today and they cancelled it this afternoon saying someone else in our household had allready tried this deal .The fools they are -first my wife never knew i had tried this offer secondly how tight there behaving waste of space company as cheaper to buy refills on Amazon ..

I will update this if my order arrives!! I ordered it at 8.30am on Tuesday and the website promises delivery before 1.30 to be delivered on Thursday. It has not arrived and we are away on holiday then. So not impressed so far!! When I messaged then as my order had not been fulfilled I was told it would arrive on Thursday and it hasn’t.

A mild vape. Pleasant but could do with a bit more body to the flavoring.
