Reading the reviews it seems I have a similar problem to many. I had a subscription for a couple of years and all was well. Then they cancelled it out of the blue. I made an order and they took my money but didn’t send the product, I have a screenshot of it still showing on their site as an unfulfilled order. No reply to my emails, no product, no refund. As they are contravening the sale of goods act 2013 I will be progressing this.

At the start, all was good. Then the odd missing item or order not turning up. Feels like I was an inconvenience when contacting them. Then they cancelled my subscription and I lost 2 yrs of loyalty points. I tried to place one last order. Was not fulfilled but they still took my money and after 3 attempts to contact them, nothing!!

I have been with my vape getting monthly subscriptions for 3 years, so class myself as a loyal customer. Had a few problems but were always delt with ASAP. Until this month. I get 8 oils, this month I only got 4 but was charged for 8. I have emailed everyday for 14 days and no reply, until Friday when I got an email cancelling my subscription. I never asked for it to be cancelled. I did how ever ask for the rest of my order to be sent. I'm now out of pocket as this company will not honour its promise. They were very quick to take my money. My vape box..where is my order or my refund????

Infuriating using this company. Avoid if possible. For several months my orders have been sent to a previous address because the website keeps reverting back. Many emails sent but no response from this incompetent set up. No acknowledgement of the issue just hiding hoping I continue to pay without complaining.

Having been a satisfied customer for over a year and reaching maximum loyalty points ( which I had no way of claiming) I was informed that my monthly payment had been unable to be collected ( no reason for this on my part ). Numerous emails have resulted in nothing

Ordered £40 of goods..didn't turn up. Have emailed company 9 times.. no reply at all. No phone number.

Both myself an my mum ordered a free trial with them. Under the impression it was a single per person. Which it doesn't state it isn't or is. We have then been allowed to order. 3 days later when expecting my order I get told its been cancelled. Next time put a reminder to your customers. Dreadful service. Will not use again. Weak flavours and very watery also.

I did not sign up for a subscription, yet a month after my trial box (which I didn't particularly enjoy) £12.86 was taken out of my account. I was unable to create an account to cancel it before my "subscription" was shipped (the site sent me in loops) and there was no number I could call to resolve it. I sent the box back and it was delivered 15th December but there's still no sign of my refund. Their "customer service" department still haven't replied to my emails from 9th Dec despite them claiming a 48 hour turn around. They very much have the feel of scam artists about them.

They cancelled my order then subscription I don't know why

I have a been customer for 3 years and felt maybe i need upgrade my tanks. cos I felt flavourless vaping..but I'm sorry it's not the case..the Quality has dropped drastically not not to mention the actual quantity of liquid per bottle

Requested cancellation via email, didn’t cancel and still sent and charged, said I had to sign up, activate then cancel!

Did not send out a promotional package for 2 weeks, then refunded the minute I cancelled the subscription. Super shady and scammy. Don't recommend

Brilliant vape juice, good service and fast delivery

Myvapebox is a great company,customer service is amazing and friendly, staff are very helpful, delivery is very quick and vape juices are amazing and vape brilliantly and the cost of products are amazing, not expensive but I still get good products. Would recommend to anyone who vapes

Yes I had the trial but a month later i have an email telling me I've a delivery on the way. No notification at all that it would be coming and have already taken money from my bank.

Yes I understand about returns and I'll have to pay extra postage for that. Believe me it will be a signed for package so I therefore will be tracking it for a signature. I will get a refund off you that's for sure. Every update I get you will get. Now cancelled subscription thank god!

Wondering why there isn't a contact phone number. Explanation would be nice

Stay well away from this company ! purchased a promotional pack of E juice and today a 2nd lot has been dispatched at full price. Instructions on the website are unclear how to cancel subscriptions not to mention there was no mention at the point of ordering i had been signed up to anything...will contact my bank. This is basically fraud.

Didn't miss anything, i wasn't notified this was a subscription service...will raise as fraud with my bank ! Most normal companies will inform you by email you have subscribed to a service. I do not even recall an email confirming my order.

Tried the offer of postage only and did not realise subscription had started until I received an email saying they had taken funds. After hours online have finally managed to cancel the subscription so they better not take any more money. Poor quality liquid. Better going to Home Bargains at £1 per 10ml bottle which is far better quality and value.

The best when it comes to vaping and eliquids,they got variety of flavours from mint,chocolate ,tobacco , strawberry flavours .

And their delivery is fast anywhere in the world .

I got reeled in by this companies offer of a free box of eliquids, there was absolutely no information online after signing up telling me how to cancel the ongoing subscription and one month later they took the money without sending me any notifications. This put me overdrawn with my bank and when I emailed to tell them about it, I was told that it's already been sent and if I want a refund I'll have to pay the return postage to get one.. the weight of these boxes is rather high for what they are so its safe to say that it's gonna cost me, no offer to recoup those postage costs either... And honestly the liquids are incredibly low quality, 4 for £13 is a rubbish deal. Even on branded ones.

Be careful with these - Cancelled subscription - still took money, once advised I cancelled and want a refund they said too late we have sent the box you will need to return it. This was rubbish the box had not, at that point been sent so they could have cancelled and refunded. Advised to pay to return the box to them, they can forget that being posted return to sender, they can pay for the return. Con of a company only after your money and difficult to return items, and very hard to get in touch with and unhelpful customer service

After their reply - Hard to get in touch customer service means you can only email them - you message on Facebook to get an un-personal message saying we cant help this way - Why have the option to message you then ??? Their replies have been fine but are not getting the POINT
