MyTriathlon was created in 2008 in the early days of triathlon. Two friends who began training together at their local triathlon club went on to race a Sprint distance, followed by an Olympic distance, before finally completing an Ironman together and finishing a mere five minutes apart! Their journey took them to the committee of their local Triathlon Club in Manchester and onto the Boards of British Triathlon and Triathlon England, before they decided to launch the Tatton Park Triathlon. It was to become the third largest triathlon event in the UK, after London and Blenheim.

Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience.
I have reviewed this matter for you and can see that you contacted us on 11/12 to let us know you believed you had received the incorrect item and that the gloves were required urgently. Under normal circumstances, our warehouse team does need to fully investigate such issues before we can provide a resolution, which is why we typically request images of the barcode on the item received.
However, given the urgency of your situation, we arranged a free return label and sent out another pair of gloves to you promptly to ensure you had what you needed in time.
In our initial communication, we offered to refund the original shipping cost, as we understood at that stage that the incorrect item may have been sent. Following a full investigation, we were able to confirm that the original item supplied was in fact correct. As a result, the shipping refund was no longer applicable.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience or confusion this situation may have caused and appreciate your understanding.

Absolutely brilliant company
Absolutely brilliant company with amazing customer service. Ordered the wrong size dry robe for my daughter for xmas, they emailed me saying if I wanted they had a smaller size. The return was so simple and they kept in touch with me via email until the new one arrived which was very quick. Would definitely order from them again, they went over and above to make sure I got it in time for xmas.

All good until I had to return dryrobe
I ordered a dryrobe for my wife for Christmas in a size medium. It was a good price and arrived within a few days but unfortunately when my wife tried it on it was far too big. I repackaged it and returned it at a cost of £15, requesting a smaller size. A few days later I got an email from them saying that it would cost an extra £30 and I would have to pay postage! I queried this and was told it was due to low stock levels on the small size. But you have it in stock and the price you bought it in for hasn't changed I replied. Then was told there was nothing they could do so I requested a refund. Ok, no problem they said and then told me a refund would take 21 days! IF I ever order anything else I wonder what their reaction would be if I said I couldn't pay for 21 days?
Not impressed at all.

I’m sorry for the inconvenience the price difference may have caused. Unfortunately, the size small Dryrobe is currently priced higher due to limited stock availability. As a small business, we’re unable to absorb this price difference when replacing the item and therefore would require the additional cost to be covered. This is outlined in our terms and conditions, which note that replacement items may be subject to additional charges.
With regard to our 21-day refund timeframe, we understand that this may be frustrating and appreciate your patience. As a small company, our returns and accounts processes are managed manually, which can result in refunds taking slightly longer to process than customers might expect. That said, I can confirm that your refund was completed within — and in fact prior to — the stated timeframe.

Terrible Returns Policy
The products received were fine and of good quality, however the returns process is a complete joke. I returned one item due to being unsuitable fit. I returned it immediately and paid for the return. I got a notification that it was received on 20th October. I did not receive my refund until the 13th November after 4 phone calls to check on why I wasn't getting my refund. They told me they had to do it manually and its in their policy that they can hold onto your money for 30 days. It looks like they do this as standard as I now see previous reviews stating the same thing. AVOID if you want to keep your sanity!

The only reason I haven't given a 5* is…
The only reason I haven't given a 5* is because the item I purchased for some reason has a ticket dated 2022. Does this matter! It might not have any reflection on the item. Time will tell if the wetsuit starts to perish then it wouldn't have been a good purchase. Otherwise MyTriathlon have been great, item arrived early and in first class condition, would highly recommend.

The 2022 number which is listed in the barcode on the product is the year the manufacturer started to design this wetsuit model.
However i can assure you that this is the latest model of the wetsuit, which was released in 2025.
