Pleased with my item and the fast delivery

The staff was great in assisting me to reserve an item. Prior to shipping, i was able to try it on and realised it would not fit. I then informed them of this, they help with cancellation and promised a refund. 1 months on, still no refund. I have followed up a few times and only get promises of it will be done.

I needed to return a wetsuit top and waited 2 months for a refund. I emailed 3 times and was told it was being processed. Finally received it this morning. I don’t think I would have got this refund unless I had checked and chased it up. Think they would have kept my money.

I ordered a swim skin on the 8th June. I returned the item due to it being the wrong size. I was told the refund could take up to 21 days which I thought was unusual and annoying but ok. 2 months later nearly and I am still waiting for the refund to come through despite chasing twice and being told it would be made. Avoid at all costs. I will not be using again.

Product not delivered despite money taken immediately No contact from the retailer. Unable to contact the retailer by phone or live chat. Will process refund via Visa and consider contacting the police.

I called to get advice about size and type of wetsuit, ordered over the phone, the suit arrived the day after, great advice on the phone , so fast on delivery and you could track the arrival live.

I knew the product from a friend who owns the same, so that didn't come as a surprise.
Ordering and shipping went absolutely fine and in no time.
Too bad so much plastic is involved in the packaging. There are more contemporary options these days

Very poor, would not recommend. I bought a wetsuit that was showing in stock, expecting delivery a couple of days later. When it hadn't arrived a week later I contacted mytriathlon and was told they were waiting on a delivery (so the wetsuit never had been in stock) and they'd post it out on a tracked 24 hour service as soon as they got the delivery.

The 24 hour delivery then turned into a week (not their fault the courier misplaced the parcel). The wetsuit then didnt fit and I needed to return it. Despite their extremely lengthy 21 day refund process, I didnt get a refund after 21 days. I had to chase multiple times, with broken assurances each time, and then when I said I would initiate a chargeback I finally got the refund. They deducted (as per terms) a £4 fee from the refund - after all the issues I did think they might have provided a full refund as a goodwill gesture.

The only positive I have to say is that mytriathlon were responsive to emails. However, I would steer well clear!

I rented a wetsuit from this company and returned it on time with no damage. Unfortunately, I forgot to take photos before sending it back.

They later claimed I had returned the wetsuit damaged and asked me to provide proof that I hadn't. However, they couldn't provide convincing proof either. The only evidence they sent was a photo of what appeared to be a random wetsuit, with no original packaging or anything linking it to the one I rented.

In the end, I paid £40, which seems like a convenient way for them to recover the cost of a new wetsuit while making a healthy profit on a rental.

In my opinion, I'd stay well clear of this company. It felt like daylight robbery.

Quick deliveries, and i got a nice (personal?) email when I returned the item and bought another size

I put the socks on once and they tore open not good quality for £20.
