Are they CRAZY! Advert after Advert?! This app is now the worst I have on my phone!

From hero to zero in one update! Weldone MySupermarket - DELETED

This used to be a superb app which I used weekly and sometimes daily. It is now annoying and useless because of infernal interruptions from ads. Get it right or give it up!

This was quite possibly the best app I had on my phone to help towards regular food shopping. The fact now that it's completely unusable due to its ads is so frustrating. Surly the company benefits from payment for advertising the supermarkets on the ap that they don't have to start squeezing money from stupid ad firms on there too!! It's such a waste of time as I can't even do my shop on it now for all the ads. It's not even worth the stress. So sad they had to ruin it!

Literally shocking! I used to love this app but it's now completely unusable! Every time you run a search you get an advert! Tap on a product, you get an advert! Click your shopping list, guess what? ADVERT! It's now impossible to do a shop, browse or check prices unless you have several hours to waste looking at adverts!!!

Too many ads, runs slow would prefer to have a option to pay for no ads.

A great site now ruined by adverts EVERYTIME you search!! Used to be great. Time to delete the app I think. What a pity!

Always used to love mySupermarket app. I use it to take advantage of the Asda Price guarantee so I compare prices first however recently after EVERY single search of an item you get bombarded with Adverts. I'm sick of the sight of 212 trading ads or something.

MYSUPERMARKET - sort it out guys! I don't mind the occasional add. Maybe one in 10 searches but not after each and every item!!!

Used to be fantastic but now! The intrusive , full-page ads are a nightmare. I can cope with the pricing not being correct all the time but the awful ads have driven me away.

I try to use this site to take advantage of the ASDA price guarantee, but I regularly need to contact them because I have spotted a mistake. ASDA use data from here, even when it is clearly wrong. Mysupermarket claims to be totally independent and have no affiliations, but it seems strange that the vast majority of errors I have found tend to favour ASDA.
e.g.
If you select ASDA and choose a packaged 1.6kg whole chicken at ASDA (£3.49) it is compared with a 1.6kg fresh counter chicken at Tesco (£6) rather than the packaged 1.65kg (£3.37). When going in at Tesco it compares the packaged 1.65kg with the packaged 1.6kg from ASDA.

You can save money with the help of this, but be very careful.

This website is a good idea but in practice it has never worked for me. I tried to buy some things from Boots today. The mysupermarket website was good at finding and comparing prices from various stores, but when it cam time to checkout, it wouldn't complete the purchase by linking my basket to the Boots website. Tried several times, then eventually re-registered via the Boots home page. Still didn't work. The promised "30% off your groceries if you register" also failed to appear.

I have just been to asda to get some chicago town pizzas and on mysupermarket website they were £! but when i got there they were £2

I spent a while filling a trolley, sent it to the supermarket of my choice and ....nothing! No full trolley of items. I tried to log out, log back in of both websites, clear cache, nothing worked, all the time spent on the website was for nothing. I then had to repeat the whole shopping experience again by putting items back in the trolley of the supermarket of my choice.

I did ask for help and was told that the trolley had sent and to log in and out, even though I told them I had done all that.

Not worth the hassle.

Dreadful, it used to be OK but more recently it's become usless! It can't find half the products, despite them being on the shelf in front of me in the shop and the user experience is probably one of the worst of ANY site I have ever used! Popup after Popup after Popup, and after EVERY SINGLE SEARCH there are adverts bombarding your phone! Certainly won't be using it anymore.

I have now been many instances of the Mysupermarket price not matching the in-store price - far too many to be a coincidence. To base ones shopping on the prices shown on the site is frustrating.
A pity - the basic concept is good. Someone needs to make sure databases are in synch and up to date.

This site is fine when it works but it frequently freezes and is full of glitches so it's really frustrating to use and frankly not worth it for the hassle involved to potentially save a few quid.

I think the website needs some serious investment. It doesn't work on either a macbook or iPad for me.

I used app to get a price as I was in Morrisons Horndean for fruit corners, app said £2 for a six pack, looked at price on shelf, £3-87, asked customer service to check price, customer service said mySupermarket is wrong.....do I trust the app or shop?

I used MySupermarket to look at rolling tobacco. Said it was £5.99 for 25G - the store said it was wrong and should be £5.99 for 20g. Annoyed at this i checked again when i got home. it was still on £5.99 for 25G. I emailed Mysupermarket to say this is wrong change it. i was told that prices could change due to offers, locations or some are just online offers - so in a nutshell....do not trust what you are seeing as the site is inaccurate!!!!

mySupermarket is a great service, the variety of unique options is very helpful and interesting!
But many of my friends and family think the Save&Swap option is to dificult. I told them it's easy, but couldn't convince them. Do more people struggle with this option?

Makes grocery shopping a breeze.
No need to just shop at one supermarket and wonder if you got the best deal, when you can compare them all out at once from the luxury of your sofa.
Availability of vouchers, email updates of offers, help too.

I even use it on the mobile app, to buy one or two items. Living in London you are spoilt for choice with nearly all supermarkets within a metres of each other. So without going in and out of each one, I can see who does they couple of items I need for the best price.

Plus, they also include Boots and Superdrug too.
