This website is insane. I made an order and I had to cancel it. Since they don't have an available mail (conveniently enough), and since they contact through google mail, I entered my google mail, told.them all.about my order request, gave them the full name.and order email to help them find it and at first they said there is no existing order. About an already PAID order. And since that day, we've been going back and forth for DAYS, about an order for which I have given CLEAR information. And it seems that their help Center is run by bots..either that or their workers are instructed to avoid helping the customer when it comes to cancellations and refunds...there is.no excuse for this. How incapable and incompetent can an entire help center be, to not be able to help a customer with an active paid order and full information about it?? I don't buy any of this. If this is how they treat customers, they belong in the black list. I will actually proceed on action against them after this if they don't help me. Worst website order experience from a company.

My initial order arrived damaged during transit, with the package and protein bag torn open. After contacting customer support and providing photos, my case was handled promptly and professionally by Radu.

UPDATE: Upgraded to 5 stars! MyProtein’s after-sales care is outstanding. After posting my review, a Customer Relations Executive named Ben reached out immediately. He genuinely listened to my frustration regarding the cart glitch and generously issued a partial refund to help cover the cost of the flavor mistake. While the website had a glitch, their customer support is flawless. They truly care about their customers and have won me back!

Poor user experience led to wrong product selectionNo matter how many ways I tried, (web, app, incognito mode, different browsers, diffrent PCs) I could not get the better offer to register on my cart. The system wanted to award me with a 7€ bottle while there was a better reward advertised (3 rubber bands) valued at 25€. The so many (dozens) tries, made me not to be careful -while placing my order (finally)- and I ordered vanilla flavour instead of smooth chocolate. I know it's my fault, but it is useless for me and 112€ down the drain...
