Lack of Delivery Options
Delivery options. $30 is too expensive as the sole delivery option. Not like it arrives very quickly to justify the $30 either.

Reduction in discount provided.
the voucher discount amount was changed when the sale just started and when i made the purchase. Initially it was 82% off but when I carted out eventually it changed to 64% off, in which i was unable to reinstate the original 82% discount I saw in my basket.

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. Promotions wise can be better especially or impact whey protein. Your promotion titled best sales ever for first half of the year however promotion for impact whey not much difference against the rest of your promotions. How is it best sales ever I don't really understand.

More upfront display of discounts
It would be good if you can be more transparent with the discounts offered like in 2024. Now, it is "up to" which doesn't give me an accurate idea how much discount I am receiving. Even recently, when I review my basket, it could also tell me how much discount I received per item. In the last purchase in April, this was not visible. Strangely, the base cost price got more expensive between 5pm on 22 Apr, and later when I checked at 7pm. It doesn't inspire much confidence and needed me to compare in detail if I'm having a good deal as before.
