The experience is made great by the variety and quality of product and by how much information is available on each product. I have also never had a problem with delivery, it always arrives timely. The app/site can be glitchy at times. I often click to add items to my cart but they don't appear there later and I have to search them again. It would also be great if the app had more options for the language I can use. Being in Belgium, mine always defaults to French or Dutch and I speak neither but those are the only options. So I'm learning some interesting new vocabulary, but it can take a while to translate the info and find what I need.

Lovely selection of taste and dietary preference. Their Whey protein powder with Brownie flavour is delicious! We've also tried both pea protein and soy protein powder (neutral). The pea protein is quite nice, we've used it in pancake batter with great success. Soy protein powder absorbs A LOT of water, so we're still trying to find the correct ratios of powder to water.
Delivery was fast, prices are very good. I will return
