The experience I have had after paying over £130 for my trainers was absolutely disgusting. It seems as soon as they have their money, the after care, advice and support is none existent. I went back to both stores in Cardiff to ask for help and advice about the trainers they sold me, as to why my feet are on soo much pain. In both stores I got dismissed, they didn’t want to help in any way. Absolutely disgusting. I have now taken my business to runners need and what a difference, the staff were out of this world and I left with a pair of trainers which feels like I’m running on clouds. Never shop at moti again.

Rip off price for the running hydration vest bought for £85 and found product else where for £35 less (not even sale price). The product was faulty and the store staff argued it wasn’t faulty. They wouldn’t give cash refunds for faulty products and would only give credit note which is against consumer rights.
I would have expected good service and quality products at fair price since Moti identify themselves as being a specialised running store. The customer service was a complete let down, I won’t shop here again!
