I had an issue with my email and contacted support. I got an email back on a Friday night instantly. Everything was fixed immediately. Can't recommend them more! Their pricing is insane and that's why I chose them from the beginning.

Love MangoMail! Happy to cancel my last email provider to switch to MangoMail. They offer pricing that makes sense for my business and the ability to add as many domains as I want. This is great since I ship a lot of products.

I just purchased Mango Mail email hosting yesterday. I had a few problems setting up my first domain email and I contacted support and the support was extremely responsive and worked on helping me until I got everything sorted. I even learned some things in the process. I am only on the most basic teir and I was treated like I was paying for their most expensive level. I am really happy I found this company.

The experience I had with customer service is truly something I thought was a relic of the past. I had an issue, sent a message, and within a minutes someone who clearly understood what they were talking about suggest a number of technically-informed suggestions. Further follow-up was equally swift and well-informed. Oh and switching from Godaddy (whose customer support SUCKS) to Mango Mail literally reduced my annual fee by 90%. Huge fan, happy to recommend, clearly a company that actually cares (it's still real folks).

That's how long it took to receive a personalized emailed reply to my customer support inquiry when I had questions, even after reviewing the super detailed guide provided (the issues were all my own - as an artist and not a computer person this whole process was quite foreign to me). Several emails and screenshots were exchanged, and within a very short time I was up and running.

I used two other detailed guides to quickly and easily get my business emails showing on my computer and then on my phone, and everything is now functioning perfectly.

The extreme promptness, patience and kindness of customer support, coupled with the simple to use website that is cram-packed with helpful information and guides make this a must-have product for business emails.

customer service really is there to help, I have a 13-email-support chain with them yesterday and they were able to fix my DNS issues I had.

I didn't realize originally that it didn't come with a client, mango mail is just the host side of things so you still need to open your email in a client like spark or thunderbird etc. But that was user error on my part.

Mango interface is easy to use, looks nice and clean, inspires confidence in their service. So far my emails are working great.

Quick support available. The platform is well designed.

Started with the trial and then migrated all my email over to Mango Mail within a couple of days of using the service. Not had a single issue, any questions i've had have been answered super quick. The panel is a delight to use. Would highly recommend if your looking for a new email provider.

Very simple and user-friendly email service. I am not a technical person, and encountered some minor issues during the setup process. I contacted customer support, and they promptly helped me resolve the problem.

Incredible support, and best pricing.
I swapped from a competitor that charges $2/month due to the poor support they offered.
MangoMail ended up being 50 cents cheaper, and had much better support.

Example: I reached out when I joined to ask them to setup a guide on how to use it with the Spark Mail Client.
Within like 24 hours, they had it written and published. (Just Google Mango Mail Spark Mail Setup.)

Absolutely impressed! Will likely be a lifetime user.

I've been using MangoMail for a while and can't say enough good things about it.

The pricing is very reasonable and the best part is you get killer supports. I submitted a few support tickets with some questions on getting setup (I'm no expert when it comes to setting up DNS and emails..) and all of them were resolved within a few hours. One of my support ticket actually became a feature that they implemented a few days after. (catch-all addresses) That really says a lot about the team behind it, it's a team that cares about their customers.

IMO all indie entrepreneurs should switch to this especially now Google Domain is dead, this is your next best alternative.

Amazing customer service! Literally inquired about documentation for DNS set up with Route 53 (AWS), because I didn't see it in their current docs. After a prompt response, they created the documentation in a matter of hours. So nice to use a service where you actually speak to people!

I found Mango Mail via Hacker News. I've been looking for a solution to replace G Suite (Only used for email) and have had an amazing experience. My two complaints found while setting up were responded to within hours. I am now working all of my current email to their services.

Took me years to find an email server service that I could trust and one that was secure and full-featured, and Mango Mail tics all those boxes for me. On my first try I made some mistakes on the mx records entries, but Sean from Mango walked me through everything and even waited until I had everything working and migrated, and all this was happening at 11pm at night! The email transfer feature is amazing and something you don't find even with much costlier services like Google Workspaces. Planning on moving all my clients and accounts to Mango Mail, just wish I found them sooner!

Easy to set up and integrate with an email client, and I like the graphs showing daily sent/received numbers.

If you have need email hosting, then Mango Mail is a no-brainer.

- Pricing is incredible, nearly impossible to find anywhere else
- Their UI is lovely and easy to use
- They provide awesome guides on how to set things up and migrate from other services

But most importantly, their support is great! Sean is always there to help you out, and they listen to your feedback.
