Unreal taste, Calories & Macros, the best healthy meal prep I have had, just subscribed

This is a really amazing meal prep service. All the foods I’ve tried have been amazing. How have I not heard about them until now?!


Their service is excellent. Helpful, prompt, engaging, generally, but especially good service in dealing with a recent issue. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been using GSN for about 8 years, initially buying from my gym, and then in bulk online. I buy both the protein pots and bags of chicken, my husband and I are both shift workers and they are so easy to carry into work. I can also take a few pots at a time and leave them defrosting in the fridge or even in my rucksack! Tip is to remember to stir near the end and then be patient and let stand for a few minutes so the sauces thicken up! I like the huge range of flavours and find them the most consistent in quality. The customer service is also really good, I’ve had a handful of very small problems over the years and they really do seem to be a family run company that go out of the way to support.

I emailed regarding an issue with packaging weeks and weeks ago and never got a response. The wraps are nice but the other meals aren’t very nice, the chicken is hard. I’ve have now ordered form another content which is much better. And customers actually replies.

Meals taste really good and are super easy to make - no issues with delivery, packaging was great too.

Wraps dreadful. Heated up as directed in the microwave and wrap just fell apart all sloppy and fillings taste awful. Would never purchase again.

My order arrived at 7pm hours after advised delivery time and products were then defrosted and not at the temperature they should have been. Very disappointed with my first order

I love GSN meals, I have been using them for years now and the quality is outstanding plus it really helps following a healthy diet. I keep recommending them to everyone.

Shocking. All of the meat is like rubber. It would be more profitable to make flip flops with it.
It's all just tasteless mush. What a waist of money. Stay clear of it.

All flavors I chose are good. Ideal for my work lunches and snacks at home when needed.

Been using GSN regularly for ral orders for a couple of years. Love the meals. Would of given 5 stars except for the fact that some batches seem to be very watery of late, particularly the creamy based pasta meals.

Also, the number of ice packs placed in the shipments has reduced significantly eg on a 14 bundle meal order, only 2 or 3 ice packs included and one of those is in the outer box. Its meant that on several occasions the meals packed on the outside are starting to thaw. Had I not been in to take immediate receipt they would of completely thawed and been useless! The packing used to be brilliant, such that if you weren't in the contents would still be frozen for some time. I can only assume this is a cost cutting excercise.

IF it manages to get to you in pristine condition then these are a great way to get your protein in without too many nasties in a super efficient 6 mins. I've been a customer for over a year and enjoyed the meals. BUT - and it's a big but! My last 2-3 deliveries have been partially defrosted resulting in me throwing lots away. I complained about the last two which also included a packet of chicken which had opened and they'd all spilt over the cardboard box as well as being defrosted but have received no reponse to either of my complaints so as well as poor packaging (bearing in mind I got to each delivery within an hour of them arriving) the customer service is pretty poor too. As a result I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Post their reply - They have put a reply in below that they tried to contact me. I've just checked all my spam folders and can confirm I haven't received a single thing from them in any email folder in response to either issue. An easy response for them to write but a direct contradiction of the customer experience - no communication has been received - until I warned people of the issue on a public review site and they reply within 24 hours - go figure!

Ordered meals and wraps.
Every single wrap has come out like rock at either end.
Meals are just ok. Some are dry. Doesn't matter if you defrost first or cook straight out of freezer. I actually binned the last 2 meals and 2 wraps as I just didnt look forward to eating them
