Amazing Customer Service after issue with order.
Amazing Customer Service. I have used GSN for around 2 years & always been very happy with products, delivery & cost. I’ve had one issue that due to very hot weather & delayed delivery time the boxes arrived far beyond defrosted so were not suitable to be frozen again in my opinion. I contacted GSN through webchat which instantly directed me to send an email to GSN with order number & any photos, videos of the products. I sent a number of images & videos showing the level of defrost on arrival. Within minutes like less than 5 minutes I had an email from John with an apology then another email to say they can send me the order again right away followed by a phone call 1 minute later to again say sorry & agree that there was a problem this one time due to unprecidented hot weather conditions. It was clearly explained to me by John what the issue must have been to which I was very satisfied. I then get an email 1 minute after ending the phone call with new delivery details & a brand new order all free of charge. I’m extremely grateful that for once we have a company that you can deal with directly & who have gone above & beyond to help a customer. Brilliant service, please use with 100% confidence.

The meals i order which is Chicken Katsu are always very dry your chefs must forget to had the sauce been ordering the Katsu for some years now I’ve mentioned this a few times now you always say the same thing get intouch with our customer service I’ve done so many times still the same very very Dry!

I took the plunge after weeks of contemplating wasting more money on mediocre food. How wrong was I and how happy am I now. Ordered 10 Pots of Gold and was very surprised at the quality. The chicken was 'proper meat' like it had been carved off the bone. Have eaten 4 of them and each one has been delicious. I would highly recommend tgis company for the quality of the pots of gold. I am going to try the wraps next. Excellent.

I am a self certified foodie! And I can tell you these meals are delicious. I have tried almost every flavour of both box meal and wraps and every one of them have been lovely. Worth the money. Quickly delivery and easy to prepare and then recycle. Fantastic option for meeting your macros with no fuss.

GSN morning classic English breakfast
GSN meals are stocked by my gym and are usually great, however today this was not so. I had a morning classic English breakfast that the picture depicts as a plate of baked beans, bacon lardons, meatballs and sliced potato. My pot contained 1 lardon, 4 meatballs no baked beans only juice which the abundant sliced potatoes absorbed. Very disappointing and certainly not worth the money paid.

Website is easy to use.
Was able to select and choose everything i wanted.
Delivery was fast and expected on the correct day.
