They’re a scam. I tried to book a flight using my credit back in September 2022. They said they could see the flight and asked em to hold while they book. Came back and said they no longer see the flight and they’ll just refund to the original payment method. I get an email stating the same. Weeks go by and I called to enquire and they said they needed my address as they would send a cheque. Months later and I still don’t have my refund. Why did they go against their own words? It’s just so sketchy. I’m always put on hold and then hung up on. The worst customer service, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told someone would call me. No call. It’s now March 31, 2023 and I still have yet to get back the money they so quickly took from me. I see so many reviews the same. Can there be a class action towards this company for stealing from so many people? Do not purchase through this company. You will regret it.

Paid for ticket andcot confir.ation.when wentro bored flight it was cancelled and cost me twice as much.

I booked my flight in 10/22 and it was cancelled in December 2022 with no warning and no reason. Still waiting for my refund. Waited 8 weeks and not supposedly have to wait another 8 weeks. Totally unacceptable! They don't even deserve a 1 star

Booked flight using my flight search January 29…never got confirmation # so called…they claimed it was no longer available at that price & had to rebook flight & cancelled first one…said refund would come….still waiting in March..,have called dozen times with same answer….it’s been processed and you will get in few days….lost $879….so frustrating….horrible customer service & no satisfaction

A total scam. Poor customer service - can't get anyone on the phone. Luckily I discovered it before the flight was due to leave - though I've lost $800!

I bought a flight for my daughter on September 30 - flying Westjet in Canada. The price was $268. On October 2 my card was charged in $US even though it was a Canadian flight, so I paid $321. Then on December 12 she received an email saying that the flight was cancelled and it had been refunded and that I would receive a refund in 6-8 weeks. She called them and they tried to put another, full price ticket on my credit card. I called my friend at Westjet and she looked up the flight we had booked and it had not been cancelled. My daughter's name was in their system but it was an empty page with nothing booked. I still haven't received the refund and it has been at least 10 weeks. I've tried emailing back and forth and they've said they've refunded it and I should received the refund in a few days and still nothing.

Real Scam, they never booked my flights and repeated calls to the call centres eventually asked me to pay for a tickets which where 10 times the original cost and it was nonrefundable rate the second time. I cancelled the initial payment and its been 3 months since then and I still haven't received for the 1st payment refund.

SCAMMERS they canceled my flight for no reason then each time I call they promise refund for more than a year but all lies and their employees giving fake names STAY AWAY GUYS

SCAM! Cancelled my flight without warning in OCTOBER and have yet to issue a refund (in FEBRUARY) I have emailed and called repeatedly with the same runaround. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I booked a flight, and they cancelled my booking. I've been waiting for more than a month for my refund. Total scam. Shame on you. Scamming and living on other people hard earned money. I called them every day, and they didn't give a damn. Every day come up with a different excuse. Such a shame... i spent around CAD900

My round trip flight from Florida was canceled due to hurricane Ian and I was sent an email stating I would receive a full refund and that it could take up to one or two billing cycles to show on the credit card. It’s been two billing cycles and still no full refund has been received. I have emailed and phoned several times but still no refund.

I had booked a flight Oct 10th and realized in american funds when I checked my bank 20 minutes later so cancelled as too expensive. They said I would get refund within 2 billing cycles and after giving a bad review they said they would send me a cheque and I should take down my bad review,. I am still waiting for cheque for the equivalent of $1032.89 Canadian.It is now Jan3rd and I still did not receive money. BIG SCAM.

I was a total fool to use this service. Purchased tickets for my trip to NYC in September. The flight was due to take in early November. I received a booking # but never an E-ticket (which was promised to me once the payment was processed).

I receive an email notification two days before the flight informing me that my flight had been canceled and that an amount would be refunded within 6 to 8 weeks. I called customer service multiple times to see what was going on. After several dropped phone calls, I finally get a hold of someone.

The agent tells me that my flight had been canceled because the price of the ticket had a changed. The booking agent informed me that I could get back on the flight if I paid them the difference ($150 USD more than I had initially paid). I total him this sounded like a scam and I wanted the ticket price that was originally agreed upon. At this point, the agent hung up.

After making numerous calls to customer service again to try to get through (my call had been dropped 10 times!) I gave up and contacted my credit card company as well as the Ministry of consumer affairs. Because they operate outside of Canada my credit card company has been struggling to get a refund for me.

Now 7 weeks later I attempted to call myflightsearch again. I talked to one booking agent, got a few minutes into the conversation, and once again, the call dropped. I called another few times and managed to get a hold of another representative.

I told him at this point I was irate because of all the dropped calls. This agent seemed somewhat sympathetic and sent me an email confirmation that my refund is being processed. However, giving how this company has treated me in the last two months, I'm not holding my breath.

I'll continue the fight and won't stop until I receive my refund. I hope this serves as a warning to not use this company.

DON'T DO IT!! I booked a short flight which would connect to another flight. The second flight was switched so I needed to change this flight. I tried calling and they said they could not help me but told me what to do online. Needless to say that didn't work so I called back and another agent told me to do something else which I did and it literally told me to call them!! I don't know what to do because I have no other options since they won't help me on the phone and online doesn't work!! BTW, I did pay the extra $20 to have the ability to switch. I really, really don't recommend them!!

This company is a scam I book my flight through them for thanksgiving
Day before I fly out they send me a cancellation e-mail for no reason which they had already billed my credit card
So I miss my family thanksgiving and now here a month later and they still haven’t refund my money
They sent me a e-mail stating that they were going to refund me my money back I called no answers I have even e-mail no response

I book a flight on oct 18 2022 they had the wrong date I noticed it 0 minutes after I book by way of email I call cancel the flight 15 minutes after I book they sent me an a mail stating I will be refunded in 21-28days today is the 10 th December haven’t seen it I called many all promises in four days I’ll see no such luck stay away from these bunch of thieves it’s a scam I hope they all catch Covid and die
