Best website for theatre lovers in London
I'm very happy with My Box Office. Although the name sounded a little dodgy, I've used this website often and they really do deliver. They were also great about refunds if events were canceled. I have always had a ticket waiting for me, and zero hiccups.
I would rate this as better than Central Tickets, though with slightly less variety.

Great service from MBO
I found that My Box Office was very good in sending updates of different shows to us, whilst we cannot go and see them. MBO sent us emails weekly, showing us what we can see on line, which we have used many times. It is a great service and I would certainly recommend MBO. We have been with them for a couple of years and found them very efficient . We would certainly recommend them.

Highly recommend My Box Office!
Have always enjoyed using the My Box Office service.
As a seat filling service, they offer last minute deals for a nice selection of events, mainly in London.
I've seen several different types of events with them that I probably wouldn't have gone to seen otherwise.
Always look forward to receiving their emails.
Highly recommend!

it’s a shame !
I’ve been a member since 2014 initially I would receive alerts for some good performances. Now I don’t receive any at all. I have to log in daily and when I do login just fringe Comedy which I am not interested in at all. Membership is £15 Maybe this site works on the premise that if you get one show for £15 and nothing ever again they’ve done you a favour

Hi Debbie, thank you for your review. Firstly, thank you for being a member for over 5 years. We appreciate the support.
Members who no longer use the service are taken off the email system after 2 years if they do not wish to upgrade. We feel at this stage, a non-upgraded member would have decided if they feel our service is suitable for them.
In terms of show offers, as you will be aware, as a discreet service, we are unable to discuss specific shows out of MBO but please be rest assured, pre-Corona, we offered a variety of events and not just comedy (although we take great pride in offering a variety of comedy to support upcoming artists).
We appreciate all feedback so thank you for your interest in previous years and you're of course always welcome to email us directly if you'd like to return to our database in future.
Not worth it
I was a member of MBO but they don’t offer as wide a selection of offers as other seat filling websites, the shows/events are not as good, the emails look like spam and a member of their team was incredibly rude when I contacted them. There are better alternatives available.

I've been a My Box Office fan since 2015 . I'd highly recommend
I've been a fan of My Box Office since 2015 as they send me theatre, concert, cinema, music, comedy, you name it they cover it for both fringe and West End venues, at next to nothing prices.
I've never had a moments problem with them as I'm at the theatre or shows several times a week.
Fast, efficient a good vibe whenever I'd have to contact them, I'd highly recommend being a member as, having tried other similar outfits, this is by far the best and the one I enjoy dealing with.
