Nicci accepted my account without hesitation and fast-tracked a replacement with absolutely no hassle. No quibbling, no stress — just genuinely excellent customer support.

On top of that, the products are great quality and very reasonably priced. A win all round. Highly recommended.

Super friendly staff. Very helpful. The shop is full of beautiful eco gifts and bits. There's a great selection of refil options to choose from. We are a lucky town to have such a lovely shop.

Very thoughtful, helped with wrapping the product in wonderful gift paper and even reached out if I wanted to attach a card with it free of charge.
