The item was sent promptly, and was then able to practice with it before the performance. It was a come and sing so only one day of rehearsal.

No refund received for order that was…
No refund received for order that was cancelled. Am unable to speak to anyone on the phone. It states the lines are open until 3.00pm, but they're not! Is this a legitimate business?

Reliable service for teachers
I always order music books for my piano pupils from Musicroom. Availability is always good, delivery is prompt & reliable, & the teacher’s discount helps to cover delivery costs!

Not impressed
Unfortunately I never received my parcel - Evri were the carriers- music was Beatles choral anthology. The parcel was directed to the wrong postcode and was signed for apparently. Not impressed.

Use a different courier...
Sadly, the courier lost the package. I waited over two weeks. Fortunately, musicroom reissued the books pretty speedily and I received them after a couple of days. Not happy with delivery firm, Evri, as they have a bad reputation locally.
