Postage costs to Germany
The mat that I ordered was far too small to be used, so I initiated a return of the product. However, the item needs to be returned to a shipping address in Germany and returns policy states that they need a tracking number to be able to process a refund. This meant that with the postage costs and also the duty costs of £4.64 to Germany and then an additional admin fee of £1.50 its really not worth the bother sending it back as I will end up getting £4 back! Maybe this is what the company want?

This was not my first order from MrFluffyfriend. They keep you informed about your order and delivery. The products are very welcomed by my pets.
The cool mats have been a real go to for my dogs during this very hot weather. They are used throughout the day and night to keep them cool. I even put them in the car when the dogs travel.
I would recommend this product.

Cooling mat does what it says but I thought it was rather small in size for a large size.
I bought the Mat for my miniature french bulldog, she just about fits on it.

Great product
Great product, good quality. I don’t know what wizardly stuff is going on but it is always cool and my dog loves it. He is a medium sized cocker spaniel and I got him a large size which is plenty big enough for him to stretch out on with room left over. Only reason I’ve given 4 stars is the delivery was quite slow which was frustrating as it was dispatched quickly so it missed the very hot bit of the heatwave. Glad I’ve got it now though and would very much recommend.

I’ve tried to use gel mats in the past and the dog simply ignored them. Our dog absolutely loves his mat and goes and sleeps on it every day.

The cool mat is so much better than the gel ones
Delivery did take longer than I expected, but communication was great.
My dog was unsure at first and wouldn't lie on the cool mat, but since he has then he uses it a lot - I even checked the temperature after he got up and it didn't feel hot, like the wooden floor after he's led there. So really glad with the purchase.

St Bernard approved
Bought this in the heatwave not sure how it works and wasn’t sure my dog would sit on it but she loves it and sleeps on it all day. Got at discount too so very pleased and so is Wednesday. Also the biggest size is plenty big enough for a St Bernard
