I enjoy the collection of hotels that is on your website. Sometimes there is lil information on why this hotel? As in, if you want shopping, culture and art decor feel this is the place. Sometimes it not just about hotel is the location, what it has to offer in tonality

We have used Mr and Mrs Smith for many years and their service is outstanding. Most recently, we planned a big holiday to South Africa with 3 different locations involved and their assistance was excellent, absolutely faultless. I would highly recommend them.

Sadly I’m leaving this due to a really appalling experience with Mr and Mrs Smith and the total lack of customer service. I needed to cancel a booking which was 4 days in advance and had a cut off of 72 hrs before to cancel, I tried across 48 hrs to call, email, DM, the hotel themselves tried as well on my behalf, we got no reply and still haven’t. Despite Mr and Mrs Smith claiming to offer customer service and my calling in their set opening times it was never possible to speak to anyone and I got no reply to any messages

I appreciate that the booking was in USD, and I didn’t have to get multiple authorizations to make a large purchase in a foreign country.

I liked your curation of hotels in Athens

This is genuinely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, to include “brand hotels” that charge £1000+ per night.

It’s small, intimate, feels like you are staying in your own private home, the facilities are excellent and it is spotlessly clean. Also well located in the medina, with easy access to everything.

What really sets the place apart though is the staff. On a completely different level to anywhere else we have been, unbelievably attentive but never intrusive, it was the perfect balance of hospitality, warm, friendly and one of a kind.

To top it all off, the food was by far and away the best we ate in Morocco. We will definitely be back to Marrakech just for the hotel and will visit their other properties.

Can’t think of a single issue, even being picky, and would unreservedly recommend it.

Booked a holiday to the Algarve. Great initial booking experience however I received conflicting messages regarding the deposit. It was stated that one nights accommodation would be taken one month prior to the booking date. However when written confirmation came through it stated a 50% booking

Cliveden is my favourite place to go. From the moment I arrive to the moment I leave I know that my every need and desire will be taken care of. I'm Lulu, a Cavalier King Charles spaniel and they really do know how to welcome and treat dogs at Cliveden. The door is opened for me upon arrival, I get plenty of pats and adoration and the room is always well prepared for me with a comfy bed, bowls for food and drink and treats. I'm not allowed in the main restaurant but that's fine because we curl up in the bar where I sit up on the sofa and get more pats and compliments. It really is wonderful. The Astor Grill is very nice as well and they have a special dog menu. The sausages for breakfast are delicious and there are acres and acres of beautiful grounds for me to run around. Shame they won't let me in the swimming pool but I'm not that fond of water anyway. Can't wait until the next time! I would live here if I could.
