Placed a £70 order for flowers for Mother’s Day for delivery on Saturday (day before Mother’s Day). Order delivered to the wrong address. Moyses Stevens said they would redeliver on the Sunday (Mother’s Day itself) and then failed to do so. No flowers delivered to our 80 year old mother and no apology given. DO NOT USE this company

I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's day and they did not arrive. Expensive Prices for very bad service.

Second time I’ve ordered from them, second time delivery was late. They said I’d have them by 6, they arrived at 9. Flowers were nice, but for this price I expect a far better service. Not buying from them again.

Ordered a morning delivery for Valentine’s Day. The flowers never arrived. Spent all day on the phone and the whole experience has made me look like an uncaring husband! Avoid

The workshop to create a bouquet and vase arrangement was a wonderful way to start a new week. Sarah had a lovely teaching style and I really enjoyed the two sessions and learnt a lot.

Were very accomodating and made sure everything was done well and on-time.

I had a wonderful experience as a student at the Moyses Stevens Flower School. I took the 5-day Essential Floristry Course in early November with tutors Sarah and Rosemary. I took this course with one other student, which allowed me to truly soak in the experience. Both tutors were remarkably helpful, clear communicators, and very kind. It was very nice to benefit from two different teaching styles throughout the duration of the 5 days.

Sarah welcomed us on the first two days, taught us the basics with ease and encouragement. She always offered to answer any and all questions we had for her and gave us plenty of time to work and explore. She also shared many important insights about floristry and the floral industry that she has gained over her 14-year career. Sarah cared about our interests and desires in creating and developing our personal styles.

Rosemary, who is the head of Moyses Stevens School, taught us the following 3 days. She was also very kind, patient, and helpful. She highlighted ways to further our education and exploration once we completed our course. Her teaching style challenged us to apply what we'd been learning and really start thinking like a florist, which was a great way to improve our confidence.

The wonderful tutors, coupled with beautiful/fresh flowers, and a productive/creative atmosphere, made this course an amazing introduction into the floral world. I would recommend pursuing this course if you want to understand and get hands-on in the floral realm. Come with all your questions, you'll definitely leave with them answered, and some gorgeous floral arrangements!

I had the most wonderful experience at Moyses Flower’s Classic Style Hand-tied Bouquet workshop with Effie. She was an absolutely amazing teacher, incredibly informative, professional, and genuinely passionate about her craft.

The class was small and intimate, which made the entire experience feel fun, relaxed, and very personal. Effie’s knowledge, skills, and expertise were truly out of this world. She took her time to answer every single question and guided us patiently through each step of the workshop, offering constant support and encouragement.

I would highly recommend this workshop to anyone who wants to learn the art of floral design in a welcoming, inspiring environment while being taught by a truly exceptional florist.

Really disappointed in the brand after ordering for several years. My partner and I have been customers for years, loving the brand and quality. However, last week he ordered me a huge bouquet (£370), for an important occasion, whilst he was traveling to the US to see his mother over her health issues. He ordered the bouquet on Tuesday afternoon, and it was supposed to be delivered other Tuesday or Wednesday. However, been delivered only on Thursday afternoon, so missed the occasion.
Moreover, for a bouquet of this size and price, it arrived in poor quality, clearing visible that flowers are not fresh (as they were out for delivery on Tuesday already). For the price it’s ridiculous, and moreover I’m disappointed that brand didn’t action this, for such a big order. My partner has been dealing with his mother, so of course dealing with a poor quality bouquet wasn’t a priority. I sent him pictures of flowers on Thursday when they arrived (tired, already dying basically), and he messaged customer support as soon as he made it back to London, asking to either send a fresh bouquet or a full refund, as the occasion has been missed and the quality was poor which is terrible experience. Enrique, customer support representative, acted unprofessional, not using common sense and only offering £50 as he referred “gesture of goodwill” - I mean, for a missed delivery and poor quality, is that what customer service is about? Just shocking. When we explained why there was a delay in writing to them, Enrique instead of using common sense said as it wasn’t done within 48 hours, they can’t offer a refund. But the fact they missed delivery by 2 days was disregarded. And just like that, with a lack of good training for Enrique and customer support, they lost 2 loyal clients, who’s been making big orders for years.

I really hope the management will look into this and give appropriate training to the staff - both delivery and customer service. It’s extremely disappointing to see brand dropping so low. I don’t recommend using this company- especially if you want good quality and timed delivery.

We were visiting London and I wanted to surprise my wife with some flowers. The instructions were not your typical flowers, I had asked for something standard at all, but the team definitely came through and did an amazing job. I’m very happy with what they’ve done and will definitely recommend and use them again.

I attended a bouquet-arrangement workshop with Sara, and it was an amazing experience. She was kind, patient, and explained every step so clearly. The studio was beautiful and the team was very welcoming. I learned so much and enjoyed every minute. Highly recommend for anyone interested in floristry!

I would give no stars if I could.
I ordered flowers for my husband for our 25th wedding anniversary. I chose to spend a large amount of money £112 plus £8.95 delivery because it was a special occasion and the claims on their website promised “The World’s finest flowers” and “luxury” flowers. When they eventually arrived (after 10pm) they were so disappointing that I cried. The ones my husband bought for me from the local flower stall (both hydrangeas as we had those at our wedding) were far superior in quality and size. When I complained (by email because their phone messages are full), I was offered the delivery charge back and a £30 credit towards another order!!! I refused as I was never going to buy from them again. There was then several back and forward messages with a belligerent person at Moyses Stevens which in the end I stopped because it was just upsetting me more. In summary, the flowers were a disgrace, they were also dead within days and the customer service was appalling. Fortunately I had bought them on a credit card and the dispute was resolved in my favour. Do not give this dreadful company business.

I contacted them via Instagram DM and received a prompt and helpful response from Sam, who was very kind and professional.

Moyses Stevens were absolutely wonderful. The flowers at our wedding were stunning — elegant, vibrant, and beautifully understated. The church arrangements were breathtaking, and the bouquets were so delicately done.

The team was professional, kind, and incredibly organised — they even transferred the flowers from the church to the hotel and re-arranged them perfectly for our reception. Everything looked seamless and effortlessly beautiful.

We couldn’t have been happier — thank you for helping make our day so special. 🌸
