The guys were great
The guys were great.
They came over at 8pm and the move went well into the morning but they were very professional and I would definitely use them again.

I really wouldn't bother with this
I really wouldn't bother with this. Customer service is unhelpful - they will take $50 regardless booking fee even if the booking doesn't follow through and will waste your time. There are a lot more dependant removalist platforms you can use that will actually update you and not waste 5 hours of your time.

They were quite experienced and quick
They were quite experienced, communicated quite clearly and often as the job progressed, were priced amazingly well and were quick (which when you pay by the hour you definitely want lol).

They were expedient
They were expedient, professional and of a kind manner. Shame there was a reluctance at the end by the office, for me to pay via bsb transfer. Hence, I was hit with a substantial credit card fee. Apart from that, all good.

Awful service with great subcontractors
The removalists who were sent were absolutely fantastic and speedy but I had multiple issues with movee from hidden fees amounting to 10% of the final bill (when I was told multiple times that the quote was all that there was to pay) and being reassigned with only 45 minutes of my arrival window left, with no communication that I didn't chase up myself. This to me is the biggest issue as I had to call 3 times to find out what was happening and it wasn't until I called the subcontractor that I had anything even remotely resembling an accurate timeline. I can understand that unforseen things happen and appreciate how quickly I was reassigned but the lack of information made a stressful time more so
Movers arrived 2 1/2 hours after my window closed and were amazingly friendly, speedy and cautious but in future I would just book their company directly.

I’m extremely disappointed with the…
I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by Movee. During our recent move, the team mishandled our washing machine, resulting in significant damage that rendered it unusable. What’s worse, when we raised the issue, the company was unresponsive and unwilling to take responsibility or offer any meaningful resolution.
They offered us $100 compensation which didn’t even cover the service call.
We trusted them with our belongings, and they failed to treat them with care. The lack of accountability and customer service has been frustrating and costly. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and professional moving experience.

The movers arrived on time
The movers arrived on time, worked competently and quickly and were very polite and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. They later unpacked efficiently and quickly and we were only charged for the exact time taken.
