Use this company if you want to be harassed daily
Movers were find despite showing up 40 minutes late and disappearing between locations for 30 minutes.
The daily harassment and calls from the company to review on the site is too much.
$50 deposit wasn’t accounted for in the total cost that also was much higher than quoted. Also forced to do a Google review while trying to pay.
Are you going to stop calling me daily and messaging me for a review now?

Easy to book, and follow up and confirmation of move on day before comforting.
Unfortunately, movers had an accident on way to job, and couldn’t make it We were notified early on , and although disappointed, we understand that these things happen. But, moovee sprung into action, and by noon, had sourced and provided another team to complete our move. From noon, all went like clockwork, and new team were efficient, friendly and competent. Move done on day, as promised, and all finished well.

Clingy and destructive
They showed up an hour late. The letter box was knocked off the fence, the fence was broken, and the removalists forgot 4 pieces of furniture. Also, Movee keep calling me after the fact to leave a good review which is annoying and clingy. I wouldn't even put up with this behaviour from a life partner.

This review is more so to do with the admin service, not really with the movers.
Movers were exceptional and endured long waiting times that were beyond our control (based on new building’s management disservice) but, I do not appreciate the lack of transparency with cost and the forceful act to provide screenshot of payments multiple times (even after already emailing them) or the constant calls to provide reviews.
I probably would’ve gone to a different service that was more transaparent about everything. Would never do Movee again. But again, this is not to take away from the actual movers who helped remove my things and deliver to new place - they did a great job! Fantastic job! Really appreciate the struggle they went through with all those stairs and waiting time.
As mentioned, this review is an honest reflection on admin’s service. Do not be forceful and please be honest upfront about charges. Other than that all perfect!

Movee is a booking platform
I have recently learnt that Movee is just a booking platform connecting us with different moving providers. Even though my experience with the movers was extremely disappointing, as you can see by the information below. Movee were great at dealing with the issue, responding promptly to my concerns and doing everything in their power to rectify the problem including refunding the platform fees. Thank you again!
Disappointed…
At arrival one man came down to check out what we had to move, while the second was sleeping in the truck. Everything was organised and packed all ready in the living room. Easy right?!
On the phone I explained everything I had, I was told they could do it in TWO HOURS, I thought “mm ok”, still asked them to quote for 3 to be safe.
The men moved slower than my 5 year old. They would literally pick up one item on one hand, slow walk to the lift, go down and put it in the truck. I was shocked!!!
Me and my sister (TWO WOMEN) started lifting and carrying EVERYTHING. We would make two trips with the lift full while they packed one item into the truck. Kept asking them to help bring down the large heavier items (washing machine and Sofa) as we were already doing everything else response for the guy who didn’t speak English so count even ask him to put things in the right room was “no little things, little things”. I ended up taking the washing machine to the truck myself and my sister helped me take the sofa down to them.
In the end what they did was, one guy stayed inside the truck (packing or unpacking) and the other moved from the lift to the truck or simply just passed things to the other guy as WE DID EVERYTHING ELSE OURSELVES.
I was also asked for a 50$ deposit at booking, in the end they charged over 700$ for less then 4hrs. When I asked if they discounted what I paid he said “if you want pay ***$ (discounted the deposit). Would have done so much better if I just rented a truck myself.
Don’t forget how desperate they were at payment time 🤣🤣 shocking, would never do this again that’s for sure.
