Polite and helpful
When I made the call. I was a little frustrated after trying to communicate with Thames water, who lied on there reports. Spoke to someone called kamren, who put my mind at ease. He reassured that this payment would be shown. The whole experience was calming and straight. Liked his approach.

AZ top notch service

I had a Debt with Thames Water for a…
I had a Debt with Thames Water for a long time, upon receiving letters from Moriarty Law. I spoke with Ian Hunter and together I agreed to settle the account in accordance of affordability. Ian made sure that I was comfortable with the amount checking that this was something that I could do. I have now cleared outstanding balance, its a great relief knowing that I can talk to Ian Hunter who has a listening ear . Thank you again Ian so much for all your help.
