Brilliant and memorable product. We wanted to capture our baby's hand and footprint without leaving a mess. This was the perfect solution and the way it was presented with the gold foil and wooden frame made this a real quality product. I would recommend this to anyone

Beautiful product of our new baby’s footprints. Very easy to use and capture the footprint using the magic wipe. Very quick processing and delivery after that. Original print was slightly damaged in the post, excellent service and a replacement was sent out very quickly. Highly recommend ☺️

Excellent product. Very elegant looking, a lovely memory to frame. Very quick delivery also. The original print sent me in the post was slightly damaged, I sent an email with pictures and the print was produced again and sent out as a replacement the same week. Excellent service all around.

Purchased as a wedding gift and really pleased with item. Bought through Etsy and had a few questions to ask. They responded quickly and were so helpful and once l placed order sent me a proof to check l was happy to go ahead and then kept me well informed on postage progress. Arrived so well packed, very protected and arrived quickly. Frame and print are perfect, very good quality and so well done. I think it makes a perfect gift, very personal and a little bit different. My dog recently passed away so I thought it would be nice to get his paw and nose prints done with the dates and a little quote. I did ask them to use a specific paw print but when the proof came through, it had been altered so I had to request it be done again.

However, when I’ve received the print, the quote is completely missing. I have checked my order and it was definitely on the order confirmation. I have emailed about them to question this but unfortunately I have had no response as of yet.

It’s unfortunate that I have had a negative experience as the actual print is nice, it’s just not what I ordered.

Edit - In response to the comment from Tom, I have since received an email back so you must have received my original email, I have had an amended proof through with the quote I asked for but it’s still incorrect as half the quote is missing :(

We absolutely adore the siblings print we had made. It’s really special to us while also looking very smart and decorative on our wall. Our older one loves comparing how her and her sister‘s hands and feet have grown since we took their prints. The customer service is stellar, too. The More Than Foil team was incredibly helpful, giving advice and providing another kit when it proved more difficult that expected to take a wriggly newborn‘s hand print. Delivery of the print kit, turnaround of the draft design and arrival of the final result were so quick as well! We couldn’t be happier with the result and have already gifted our friends a kit for the birth of their second child. Highly recommend!!

Great service, very responsive on emails, was before Father’s Day so asked for an update and they were very helpful. My emails had gone into my junk with updates so should have checked there. From the moment I made my initial enquiry, the speed of their replies by emails, attention to detail and the speed of delivery here in Spain was first class (no pun intended)The product was immaculate and protected, boxed appropriately to protect from damage (marked fragile) I will certainly be looking to order again, and recommend them to my friends and family.

Disappointed with my experience. The company sent me a link to approve the print before production, however when I opened the page it appeared to auto-approve without me confirming anything.

The prints are of lovely quality but unfortunately, one of the names was misspelled — an error made by the company, as I provided the correct spelling when placing the order.

Because the print was automatically marked as approved due to what appears to have been a website glitch, the company is refusing to offer either a replacement or a refund for the incorrect item. Instead, they have offered me a discounted rate to purchase the print again with the correct spelling.

As this was intended to be a gift, I’m now left with a print I cannot use due to the spelling error. I do not feel I should have to pay again for a mistake that was not mine.

I created a beautiful baby footprint keepsake for my son and when I received my order today I was moved to tears. The whole process was so easy they shipped my kit out really quickly and I took the prints and sent back a photo. Within two days they sent me the artist proof to approve and then five days later I received my item. The quality is brilliant and I'm really happy with the price I paid. thank you so much more than foil, you've created something so special to me.
