AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could have given 0 stars that is what I would have given. They do not provide any return label and then they say even when my package is delivered to them (no track and trace) that they need proof from the carrier which I can not receive and send to them, and that they did not receive my items. So basically they stole my 90 euros and I ended up with a lost return or stolen return from their warehouse. I highly regret purchasing from this company. Also the products are horrible they smell of chemicals and they are made in china with synthetic disgusting fabrics.
Avoid this company. As previous reviewers have said, the website and marketing looks totally legitimate but the customer service proves otherwise. I ordered 4 items. I was happy to keep 2. I emailed the company as per their returns process to request return instructions and a refund. Instead of just providing the return details, I had to explain why I was returning, and then refuse an exchange and a 50% discount to keep the items. Six emails later I’ve returned the unwanted items (to a residential address which seems very suspect) and I still haven’t received my refund.
The items I’ve kept have pulled after one wash. I wish I’d never bought anything from this company. Don’t waste your money or your time.
Momanda has excellent branding and uses influencers well. It looks like a legitimate, trustworthy maternity brand. It isn't.
I ordered four items (£123) and received them in separate packages, in different bags, shipped from different places. A clear sign this is a dropshipping operation, not a proper brand with quality control.
One item arrived faulty. When I raised this, I was offered a 50% refund to keep it, which is not lawful under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for a faulty item. When I pushed back, they suggested I wash it (which would have removed the tags and voided my return eligibility. Make of that what you will). They also asked me to return the item at my own cost, which again is not legal for a faulty product.
The return address provided is a residential property in Surrey, not a business address.
I am now pursuing a chargeback via my credit card and have reported the company to Trading Standards via Citizens Advice.

When this was raised to their customer service email, they advised for photos, then more photos showing the label inside to ensure it’s their cheap product. They then said anything they had been working on cannot be refunded or returned which is a joke.
Horrible. Bad quality, seams and strings came loose after one wash. Customer service wants 100 different pictures throughout multiple different e-mails. They then offer a 30% refund or i can return at own cost (17€ from my country). Ridicilous.
Avoid this company and their products. Do not be fooled by their marketing. I ordered 4 nursing bras online. On arrival, I was not happy with their sizing or quality, especially considering the price which was not cheap!
Their returns process is horrendous and extremely obstructive. I emailed requesting a return and full refund, to which they responded asking me to keep the products for a 50% discount. On declining this and requesting a refund, they sent a further email requesting me to consider keeping the products.
When I finally received the returns instructions, I had to email photo evidence of the packaged items and tracking receipt, which I complied with and provided.
After 2 weeks had passed, I emailed again to chase my refund, to which they responded that they had received my items but that they were marked as damaged and asked me to provide photo evidence of the items before I sent them back which I course I do not have! I only tried 2 of the bras on, was instantly not happy with their quality or sizing so packaged them up straight away. They certainly were not damaged in any way.
I am now waiting for a reply but it does not seem likely that they are going to authorise my return. I will be sure to pursue this further as I am shocked at how they are able to get away with such poor customer service and lying to avoid processing a return/ refund!
The returns process is diabolical ! They make it incredibly hard to return anything not sharing the return address with you until you email multiple times - asking you to send photos of the packaged return with labels attached, tracking numbers, receipts etc. and then you are asked to contact them after the return shows as delivered to make sure you get your refund. This will definitely prevent me from ordering from Momanda again in the future!
Cheap China products that have a strong chemical smell

The items were fine in themselves but too big (the sizing guide wasn't helpful in this regard). I ordered 2 bras in XL, and each arrived separately which was strange (1 from an amazon distribution centre and the other from china I gather).
They essentially don't have a returns process to speak of, so buying if you're unsure on sizing or style is an absolute no.
The returns 'process' (still taking place as we speak after 7 days of my initial ask to return due to incorrect sizing) is an absolute farce. You must email a general customer service address to request one. In reply, I received what is best described as a begging email - TL;DR don't return them, but get replacements for free (I didn't want replacements). Then another email when I asked for a return offering me the ability to keep the items and get a 50% refund. Again, I didn't want this.
They then sent instructions to return via a printed postage label without the attachment for me to print (in theory, because I don't own a printer).
I am doubtful I will get my money back at all and I'm raging.
