Tissus un peu mince mais très doux et mon conjoint ADORE les fesses que ca me fait. Bonne longueur car je mesure 1,74m. Ah oui la taille est un peu plus petite mais pas jusqu'à devoir prendre un taille plus grande selon moi. Pour le prix cedt très bien à mon avis.

Appalling customer service
The product quality seemed ok, although not the quality I would usually look for, however due to the fact that their XL products did not fit me (typically size 14) I tried to return the products for a full refund, as identified in their website.
The customer service was appalling, firstly trying several ways to get me to keep the products for a partial refund. Then once they finally told me how to return the items, at my expense, it took nearly 3 weeks after Aus post confirmed for me the items had been delivered to them before I got a refund. After several emails from me with no response from them, I threatened to take them to consumer affairs. They then questioned the weight of the parcel that had been returned at which stage I lost my patience and told them to open the parcel and check the items with threats to take my complaint elsewhere and suddenly the money was refunded. It took 14 emails from me to get my refund. I would never recommend them to anyone due to the appalling customer service.

its more about the return for the items. It's just not as easy as amazon to return the crz so shop not directly on the site unless you are 100% sure this is going to work. Had to return a few items and they offer the discount to keep it but if I cant wear it whats the use. Customer service is very slow, they dont want to make it easy to return. Plus you have to pay the return.
Items are not bad, bras I find less supportive or structured as Lululemon but in a pinch yes will work.

Returns don't work
Have bought from them before and quality is good. But i wanted to return a top from a recent order and its impossible. You have to wait for them to respond with return details and they don't.

The items from my order (not final sale) need to be returned and nobody is helping me with my return. I have reached out multiple times to their “customer service”. This is a horrible, deceitful company.

All I originally wanted to buy was just shorts. Returns are a normal part of online shopping, yet at every step of the process I was pushed toward additional offers, discounts, or exchanges that I simply do not want.
It also became clear that if I want to return the item, I would have to send it to the UK, even though I purchased it through the German website. The shipping cost would be unreasonably high, which makes the return process practically impossible.
Instead, I am encouraged to purchase something else using the discount you offered. Honestly, this approach is very frustrating and undermines trust.
With this scheme, yes, you probably succeeded to keep my money on your bank account, but you have completely lost me as a customer. Of course I will never buy from this shop again, and I would not want to deal with a process like this in the future.
Would I recommend this shop to anyone? No. In fact, I would advise others not to use it.
Most modern online stores include a return label with the original purchase or provide a simple and transparent return process. That allows customers to try products without concern and return them easily if needed. Unfortunately, this experience was the opposite.
Pants
My fiancé bought me 3 pairs of their pants for our anniversary, they are extremely soft and stretchy. I love them not to mention their prices are very reasonable.
Poor customer support
Judging from the reviews below on the customer support for returns, I am likely stuck with the products I ordered. I have contacted them 3x now and have yet to hear back. The items were shipped in some plain yellow bubble envelope - I didn't realize it was my CRZ Yoga order. The products themselves were not great. A lot thinner than expected and just not what I expected in terms of quality and fit. I've yet to hear back - these items were regular price and NOT final sale.

- the only contact detail provided is to the support email - this is listed in their Returns section on the website.
- emailed Monday, followed up Thursday and by Saturday still no response. They advise a response will be received in 2 business days!
- Return address & ‘valid tracking number’ are supposedly emailed to you. I wouldn’t know they won’t respond to my emails!
I’m sure you can see whats happening here, the 30 day return policy is being eaten up by their refusal to respond. You won’t get your money back so BUYER BEWARE!

I needed to make a return but you have to wait for them to respond to you to be able to return something and it has been days and no one has contacted me. Probably won’t be ordering from there again.
No idea how to return an item
i received my order without problem but i need to send back a couple of bits and have tried emailing them 3 times without a response. Non existent customer service!
The return policy is brutal
The return policy is brutal. In order to return items you must pay for the return, take a picture of the scale at the Post office, a picture of the label (that they don't supply) and a tracking number and email all this information back.
I sent 2 items that were final sale, I didn't realize and they won't refund or return the items!
Ignored all communication after return
After successfully returning items, company has gone completely silent and ignoring all communication. Have had to get credit card company to step in with a chargeback.
Dreadful delivery process - never received
Dreadful delivery process, updated stated it was shipped and delivered but it wasn’t. Company said it was an error, gave a new delivery tracking that doesn’t update or show any sign of fulfilment
RETURN PROCESS IS SHOCKING
I ordered two different sizes as I wasn’t sure what size I would be and what a mistake it was! It’s not worth ordering from here because they make it so difficult to return, as you can see from other reviews too! Such a nightmare!
Do Not Order- Terrible Return Policy
I purchased 3 items from crz yoga- two pairs of butterlux pants and a tank top. The tank top fit well but the pants did not. I initiated a return and was told that unless I had the original plastic bags I could not return the items. I had the new, unworn pants with tags attached, and was going to pay return shipping, packaging them myself. All I could get was a 30% refund and could keep the pants I cannot wear. Absolutely brutal. I would not buy from them again.

The Return policy is terrible! The customer service also is just as bad. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I ordered. You can order CRZ off Amazon if you really want and return with no issues but if you order off CRZ site it’s a nightmare the lady I have been dealing with Lily, is very rude and unprofessional and I have copies of all our chats. I ordered two pairs of sweats because I didn’t know my size and the sizing is off so much because I couldn’t even lift up the medium and I’m normally a small maybe a medium they wanted me to keep my two pants even though they did not fit me and they would send me a different pair of pants for no cost? But they won’t return these and give me a return label? It makes no sense. The reviews are terrible on Google and trust pilot so if you want to deal with this then you will continue to order their stuff. This is not how a business should operate.
