Called off the cuff to cancel my PensionWise appointment due to a funeral. The information and professionalism of the guy I spoke with was awesome. He helped me to make my own
”informed” decisions. Great service, thank you.

Awful experience. Felt patronised and the guidance was absolutely useless. I asked to end the call after 10 minutes as I got a little bit upset. The advisor was awful and had no patience. Horrible experience.

Very helpfull and clear guidance. Be ready with a list of questions and pad for note's to digest later. Time goes quickly.

Made my appointment online which was really straightforward. Received reminders as the appointment approached and a list of info to get ready to make it easier for the advisor to help me, things like finding out what my state pension entitlement is and the current value of my personal/work pension pots. The call came right on time, used the password I gave them so i knew it was legitimate and not a scammer. The advisor works for the CAB and was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable. I explained my situation and then we went through my options, explaining my tax liability and I had all my questions answered. The call lasted an hour and I would absolutely recommend the service as it was first class.

I phoned money helper they took details asked what i needed information for we discussed this in detail and the advisor came back with all the information needed. The phone call was followed up by an email with links and or telephone numbers to contact the organisations needed whats not to like about that

Phoned as I had one question regarding finances. The person asked many questions then put me on hold while they spoke then ended the call. Tried to call back twice but both times the call was ended as soon as it was picked up. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time.

I had some pension and tax questions and struggled to get the clarity on the HMRC line (probably my fault). Came across Money Helper who after a short web-chat resolved my problems.

The advisor was very professional and understanding of my limited financial knowledge with pensions, by the end of our conversation I knew how to proceed.

The information I received was useful to back up the documents I already had from my pension providers. Several points were mentioned that I had not previously thought about. The meeting is free and lasted about an hour - I would recommend anyone to take advantage of the service.

Really helpful. Contacted re Tax Relief on a pension payment. Explained clearly what issue was and how to go about resolving it.
When I asked Nest the exact same thing they just shrugged.
