Pre-Brexit great website to sell books to - paid less than average but accepted way more (hope will resume this service). Otherwise buying items from them have also been very successful - fast delivery (compared with sending stuff to Germany from UK), always lowest price, quality good and finally excellent customer service (always happy to offer refunds in event of issues). Highly recommend.

I like MOMOX. The have a wonderfully wide and deep CD stock, are competitively priced and have always delivered quickly and efficiently to UK.

But I just experienced very poor customer service. They supplied the wrong item, argued (wrongly, I think) about their T&Cs and ignored my follow-up communication.

I'll only be using them in extremis in future. Will favour competitors like Music Magpie, who have equally good stock, prices and delivery. And have answered a customer service issue very well.

I have had issues with these parasites before however my most recent purchase has been a nightmare! Order made via Amazon for my Uncle, they sent half the contents of what was ordered, i.e part of the boxset ordered but not the rest of it. So clearly some poor stock checking going on. I have returned it to them as requested to Germany at further cost to myself. 3 weeks later I am still battling to get a refund, they promised a refund 4 days ago adding I would received an email from Amazon. Nothing appeared, now have had to get Amazon involved as they have blatantly lied. Be warned if they send the wrong thing you are in for a painful experience!

Great shop where I have ordered countless times. I think I have had one or two times where the order was wrong but I quickly received a refund. You do have to be careful to check the language details of the items you order as they are based in Germany, but checking an items details before ordering is always a good idea.

Found an item online I was interested in, but it had conflicting information in the item description. Contacted their support for clarity and recieved a copy/paste answer that provided no help at all.

I tried again, clearly illustrating the conflicting information. It would have been a very simple task to check the original item and get back to me or amend the items page, but instead of trying to help a potential customer, they chose to reply with the same copy/past answer.

My first experience with this seller was a complete success. My book arrived from Germany within seven working days, nicely sealed in a bubble wrap envelop with the customs declaration and my address firmly glued and perfectly legible. I paid less than 25% of the price of a brand new copy. Added bonus, Momox gave me a basic tracking number which allowed me to check that my package had at least been accepted by Spring GDS at their German depot in Pulheim. A nice touch for an allegedly free basic postal service and enough to reassure me that my book was on its way after the countless awful reviews I read on this website. Well done on this occasion !

Ordered from them (accidentally) on eBay, where they also operate. Bought a foreign language film which, when I last owned a copy of it, had English subtitles (obviously).
This one has German subtitles only. Why would you sell that in the UK?
Obviously no mention of it in the advertisement.

I have used Momox via Amazon.co.uk for vinyl records on several occasions over the past year, and I have grabbed a number of bargains. When described as ‘Used vinyl’, this has often been better than described, and only once I think was there a slight bit of damage to the sleeve on a record described as new. Delivery times have also been quicker than forecast. I haven’t had cause to fault them yet, so I guess for now I am not in the 75% of those negative reviewers. Just ordered Psychic Ills Lp for £8 new, am hoping for another pleasant transaction. Keep up the good work Momox 🙏

Ordered a book 31st of July 2021, told delivery would be 27th of August (crazy), wasn't in a rush to get the book so whatever. Today is 18th of October, still no sign of book, site says I am not eligible for a refund. I never leave reviews on sellers but dont buy from this crowd

Black-out total depuis 1 semaine. J'ai retourné il y a 3 semaines un colis envoyé par erreur par MOMOX, ils devaient me rembourser, mais j'attends toujours et MOMOX ne répond plus à aucun de mes messages. Cette entreprise est décidément détestable à tous points de vue !

I ordered an item from them, they said it would delivered in 7 days by 23/9, l requested tracking details 3 times via Amazon message to seller but nout. They said it had been delayed at one point, still no tracking. I requested refund via Amazon chased today now told if nothing by 30th to recontact.

I've ordered off these a few times, I have had two bad experiences. Two cds never showed up, but after waiting for a long period I did get a refund off them and to be fair they did get back to me pretty quickly.

I only used them once since then(recently) and the item I ordered came very quickly and promptly.

Appalling. Momox sent the wrong book. I returned it per amazons instructions. Momox repeatedly (5 times now) insist they have not received the returned book despite my emailing the tracking evidence that it was delivered to them weeks ago. They imply they will process it once they have sent it to leipzig. Their internal procedures are totally irrelevant.
Be warned.

DON'T USE THIS SELLER, AWFUL. DIDN'T RECEIVE MY GAME CONTACTED THEM THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT FEW MORE DAYS, CONTACTED THEM AFTER 8 DAYS THEY MADE ME SIGN LEGAL BINDING AGREEMENT TO GET MY REFUND, STILL NEVER RECEIVED IT AFTER SIGNING THAT SO HAD TO PUT AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT IN WITH AMAZON. AMAZON NEEDS TO STOP THIS SELLER USING THEIR SITE.

you will not recieve items or refund they just make interest on your money ! they should be banned from trading !!!!! trying to get paypal to refund me as this mickey mouse company promised refund which didn't materialise and now ignoring my emails !!!! AVOID! Bought a couple of CDs - they arrived and were in acceptable condition. So, placed two more orders. When the first one arrived, 2 of the CDs were not the ones ordered. Despite sending photos and many emails, Mommox did not process a refund or send the correct CDs - eventually just ignoring my emails. The third order (5 CDs) didn't arrive, and again, after many emails, they stopped replying. MOMMOX IS A COMPLETE CON! DO NOT USE!

I ordered a couple of CDs from Momox. They weren't delivered by the promised delivery date. I gave it a bit longer and wrote to them. They replied that had been despatched and to wait a bit longer. Twice this happened so I eventually asked for a refund. Again, I was asked to keep waiting. Then they said the items were lost and they would process a refund. I've still not received the refund and don't really expect to. They are basically liars and thieves.

I'm so very angry with momox.uk.I'm waiting dvd film.order of spider city ordered on the 14th.july.and was was expected to come to my address.by the 23rd.to 24th.july it didn't arrive.then I was told it would arrive by courier.spring global mail.on the 24th.july.to 25th july.at 8pm.still no film dvd.turned up.then I was told between all the lame pathetic.escuseses.apologi ses.it would arrive on latest by the 28th.july still no film dvd arrive.I'm so very annoyed.momox .uk.have broken their promises again.and still haven't got my dvd film.spider city.creature features yet.I understand it's hard for businesses during this covid.situation everywhere.but I've been messed about left.right.centre.In trying to get this particular item.urgently.yet I am met with.awkwardness.irrisponsible.and ignorant unhelpful.business behaviour.serious bad customer service.response off momox.uk.it's utter disgrace.considering majority shop on line.during this very difficult time.where the he'll is my film dvd I ordered.and when am I going to receive it.?
