They are based in GERMANY. not in UK ..they send the wrong product andcexpect the client to search their site for correct one. Oh my god. Don't deal with momox. Sham.

I order a DVD it arrive but not in English language. I asked to have a new one sent to me and I will return incorrect copy. But getting nowhere Momox continue to ask what the problem is. I would definitely avoid buying from them through Amazon again.

Lousy - they've cancelled virtually every order that I have placed in the last six months. They allow it to be placed, confirm it, then an hour later cancel it.

Brexit perhaps - but they cancelled an order that I was sending as a gift to UK friends. Hands off!

I bought a "very good" condition second-hand blu ray from them on Amazon UK.

It's a US blu ray which would have been twice the price to buy and import brand new so I took a chance on there seemingly generous Amazon listing.

The blu ray turned up and wow...

The outside of the case was pretty beaten up which was disappointing, but nothing could prepare me for what was to greet me on the inside when I opened it...

First off, the inside of the case was full of dirt. Not just dust, but actual, gravelly dirt.

The disc itself was also filthy. After a thorough wipe down it seemed "ok"... but there are still some marks there which might effect it playing.

But that's when I saw the pièce de résistance on the inside of the spine. Some kind of DRIED AND SHRIVVELED UP DEAD GRUB/LARVAE STUCK IN A COBWEB! A dead bug! A cobweb! INSIDE the case! Where's the Quality Control?! Absolutely vile.

I start to scan more closely and I see one of those miniscule red spiders (or "clover mites" as Google tells me they are called), dead of course. You know the ones. Borderline microscopic and unlikely to be the one that spun the web to ensnare the trapped grub, but when you add it all up I can't help but wonder whether this was buried in a garden at some point?

Then there's the messages on Amazon. After overcoming the minor language barrier, I was offered a partial refund (strong emphasis on "partial") or return the item for a full refund.

I sent them photographs of the state of the item they'd sent me but got no direct acknowledgement that anybody had actually opened the JPEGs to look upon the horrors they'd sent me. Just empty platitudes about "a defective item or an item that does not meet your expectations". Not meeting expectations has got to be the understatement of the century.

Of course, I have to pay out of my own pocket to send the damn thing back to momox which is just wonderful.

Utterly woeful company and I'm happy to see they've been pilloried with a 1.5 rating on here. Richly deserved.

Wrong cd sent. Than I was asked to pack carefully and send it back from the Post Office for refund. When asked for replacement they asked to order again when in the meantime they increased the price but over 200%. Automated emails, no personal touch. Terrible. Contacted them via Amazon many times - no sensible customer service. Poor, poor, poor.

The CD I bought was not delivered. I tried to contact Momox two or three times without any success. After 32 days I have asked Amazon for a refund. Probably the worst Amazon buying experience I have had in hundreds of purchases. Never again !!

Appalling company. Sent a book in the wrong language. Then ignored my emails to refund me. Had to ask Amazon to intervene and then they did not refund the full amount. They ignored my emails and only responded to Amazon. A really dreadful company-avoid. Don't know how they are still in business.

The DVD I received was incorrectly described as having English language. Momox apologised and agreed to refund me immediately without the need for me to return the item. So far so good... A few days pass and no refund arrives. Contact momox again who assures me my refund was processed. A week goes by and still no refund. Contact momox again, a third employee replies telling me my refund was processed via the following pre-prepared response:

momox employee forgot to redact the irrelevant FNAC, Priceminister-Rakuten, Abebooks name detail from the pre-prepared response which would suggest that buyers from momox on all these other marketplaces can expect to receive the same response should things go wrong with a momox order!

I contacted amazon who confirmed to me that momox had not processed the refund at all (what a surprise!) and I am now left hoping amazon will refund me under the terms of their A-Z guarantee...

I regularly buy CDs from them. It usually takes 7 working days to arrive, and almost all items are in very good condition. Nothing to complain at all

Do not but from momox! Bought a fairly expensive box set of cds that was described as new and that the item would be shipped from the UK. It turned up quite miraculously considering how it was packaged but it had been dispatched from Austria and was clearly a used item, half of the discs won't even play because of the condition. The only option amazon gives me is to return the item and hope to get a refund. After reading these reviews this is clearly just a waste of time, people spend their money and time returning what they have bought and never receive a refund. I don't even want to chance it, I'll stick with the half of the cds that actually play rather than return the set and end up with nothing. Amazon needs to pull their finger out and put customers first and stop allowing these criminals from stealing peoples money.

A week after my ordered was marked as 'dispatched' I asked this company for a tracking number to see where my order was, the reply was they couldn't issue tracking as they didn't have the stock and it was never sent and said will issue a refund...why marked as dispatched then!?
A few days later, no refund. Chased again, same response. Fast forward a few days, still no refund so I chased them again. This time I was told I had to return my order for a refund... How is this even possible, you have already said twice you never sent it.
Asked Amazon to intervene who did send the seller a demand to refund me... A few days ago I got a response from the seller advising they had once again refunded me but in the same breath shed all responsibility of getting my money to me and signing off the message with it was Amazons responsibility to get my money to me and I have to take it up with them if my refund does not appear, the saga continues!

Do not use this seller on Amazon, Ebay or wherever else they are ripping people off, worst service I have experienced anywhere, ever!

Just don't! All sorts of reasons why,not received item 6 weeks after order.

E bay needs to revoke their selling license they are total fraud. I ordered a book and they took the money. Book hasn’t arrived. eBay app says it was dispatched. I used the tracking number given by eBay and found it’s still sitting in the warehouse a week later. I msg the seller and they try to tell me it was shipped without a tracking ID. I send them the tracking number. They say it doesn’t work. I doubt I’ll get my refund . Bunch of criminals. They totally stole my money and lied. Anyone who has written a positive review of this company is either working for them or on drugs. DO NOT USE THIS SELLER under any circumstances

1 star is generous. The cd on eBay was ordered on 17th may. They took my money then. They sent the wrong cd. I reported it straight away. I had to repackage it and go to the post office to return it. I had to exchange several emails. I had to send them a copy of a receipt from the post office. A week on from that, they still have not returned my money. Their contact phone number is in Germany. Do yourself a favour- avoid them at all costs.

I regularly buy albums from Momox and they are without question one of the very best sellers of used records and cds. Brilliant delivery, amazing mint condition records and cds. Great prices.

Bought a book from Momox UK via Amazon. Claimed dispatch was over a month ago. No refund available; no tracking information; no indication of whether the book will ever arrive. Seems they get to keep the money and the book. As other reviewers have said, buy elsewhere – even if it costs more.

Order wasn't dispatched and have not replied to my correspondence.

i have used monox.uk in the past and found them good,but something is now wrong with the company.i recently bought a cd from them and when i contacted them as they had not dispatched item i was told they cant post item no reason given.but i was told a refund has been made.paypal and ebay could not conform this when in fact they had not refunded.i will point out they are still selling this cd on there ebay site at a higher price.every time i contacted momox they state refund has been made,when i fact they are lying.
looking at other reviews for this company other buyers are having same problem.
i am now waiting for ebay to refund me and i wont be using momox ever again.
