I bought from the on Amazon and my package finish somewhere in Germany of course Amazon wash the hands contact with seller 0 so no good

They sent me the wrong item and don’t want to send the right one.

Ordered a bluray season on amazon, which recorded as delivered. No parcel received, but stops at freight forwarder in Germany on 6 feb 2024, it is now 15 feb & no parcel received. SCAMMERS AVOID.

I buy from Momox Deutschland, They have the best possible shipping price (2,99 euros) so you can't expect a tracking number. The staff usually answer me quite gently and I normally get refunds when they've made some mistakes. I have bought literally hundred of books from them. Much better than buying from the UK with extra expenses (change from euros to pounds and bank fees), longer times (from Germany it is much, much faster), and customs costs (results of the Brexit).

I bought a game CD off momox UK eBay in May 2023 which arrived missing the activation key. I wrote to them to report it and was given detailed instructions on returning it to a UK address at my expense with the promise to refund the return postage as well as item price. It took quite a while but eventually came a confirmation that they received the returned item and stating they will process my refund within five working days. Seven months and fifty emails later and no refund was made. I keep getting responses from what seems like AI generated bogus support staff names that are never repeated and they -or the bot, rather- keeps asking me to tell my story from the beginning, which is so infuriating and adding insult to injury. It’s like a horrible nightmare. It is a disgrace and an outrage that such crooks are allowed to operate with impunity. Momox accrued almost three thousand negative feedbacks in twelve months on eBay and no one is doing anything to stop this ongoing scam scheme that is claiming thousands of victims. In all my 22 years on eBay I have not met any worse thieves than momox.

Fraudulent company. Didn't deliver my order and ignored my emails to settle the problem. Save your money and your time and shop somewhere else.

I ordered a Bluray via Amazon to be delivered by Momox, according to the Amazon app it was delivered on the 15th of January and it said that it was marked as delivered on the 27th of January, it's only the 17th and I never received my Bluray, I can't get any answers from them at all, avoid these charlatans, they're nothing but thieves!

I place an item on amazon basket just to check the movies in there. Next day I have an order confirmation. I never authorise thus so i try cancelling and Omx uk refuse the cancellation. Apparently is gonna take 20 days to be delivered so I am out £50 and I have to wait ti send it back and get my money. Very worng and not to be trusted.

It took them 12 days to deliver the SACD over the festive period so it's really good. Unfortunately they don't care about packaging, SACD are expensive and for the price I've paid they could insert a piece of recycled hard paper to the envelope but they didn't and the case is broken, luckily the disc wasn't but still, SACD cases are expensive to replace. All in all it was ok but in future I will prefer different supplier if possible.

Absolutely the worst experience I've had, I bought a book from this company,I had a notification it had been shipped 48 hrs later with a tracking number ,after another 24 hrs I emailed them to ask which courier they used and was told they had shipped it without a tracking number. After some work I found out it was somewhere between Netherlands and Spain. After 2 weeks I was no nearer getting the book ,and I continually contacted them for help as it was a Xmas present. Eventually I gave up and purchased from World of books (brilliant) which arrived within 24 hrs
I told Momox I wanted to cancel and have a returns label in case it turned up
I have the same moronic ,useless message from customer services just saying they hope the book will turn up in a few days

Well I wish I had read these reviews I ordered CD for Xmas gift through Amazon, received message as delivered but not received. Contacted through Amazon, told wait 30 days, contacted 2 more times no response. Amazon need to remove this seller!

I ordered the sister act 1&2 double cd soundtrack from Amazon, one is lost in transit, they told me that I have to reorder the same item and they said their sending me a refund but I refused both reordering the same item and I refused the refund so many times and I told Amazon customer service that I want a replacement sister act 1&2 double cd soundtrack which I am waiting for this replacement to be delivered tomorrow morning by 9am.

In the Amazon dispute raised after they'd sent me Falco's "Out of the Dark" same-name 2-track CD SINGLE rather than the CD ALBUM shown in the ad (it was clearly the album cover, not the single cover depicted, as an obvious blue/green colourwash covers the image on the album, while on the single it is a full-colour image ... and to muddy the waters further they had not mentioned the word "single" anywhere), Momox has so far FOUR TIMES provided this same cut and paste nonsensical response:

"If you did not find more detailed information in our product description, we unfortunately do not have access to more details: Some products have the same EAN code or an identical ISBN number, so it is not possible to identify the various versions.
Please note that the edition of the item you receive may vary because the same barcode and ISB-number are often used for differing editions."

Completely outrageous behaviour! I have never dealt with a more deliberately obtuse Amazon seller in all the years I've used it. Amazon should dump them from their platform altogether if this is their standard of 'dispute resolution'. I had even provided a photo of this different cover belonging to the single I received vs that of the album version showing on Amazon (I'd fortunately taken a precautionary screenshot prior to purchase, in case of this very error!), so there really is no doubt.

Ordered newly released classical CD at reasonable price today all accepted, paid for and then they cancelled the order within a couple of hours. Now I am awaiting refund?!
Will stick to Presto in future for classical purchases.

I ordered a CD as a present. It was due to be delivered last Thursday. It didn't arrive and after contacting Momox they told me it could take up to 30 days longer! I emailed back that this wasn't satisfactory, it was too late and I'd had to reorder from another source due to my deadline for the gift. I requested a refund 3 separate times, and each time I received the same email text, almost word for word, telling me (again) I'd have to wait up to 30 days longer and to contact them if it didn't arrive. Absolutely pathetic, non-existent customer service. In a previous similar situation, the seller refunded me with no question or issue. Momox are acting like scammers and I advise everyone to steer clear. I'll definitely not be using them ever again.

paid £53 for a dvd boxset that was literally a pile of torn cardboard and plastic. sent photos to momox who replied with a list of conditions? no apology. no refund

Purchased a box set of books from Ebay, paid the asking price and waited.
Parcel arrive, only 1 book was sent, instead of box set of 10.
Purchased 3 October, eventually arrived 14 October.

Book returned for refund.

DO NOT USE THIS SELLER ABSOLUTE FRAUD.
