En bra och enkel kaffemaskin som ger gott kaffe!

Köpte halva priset från 2490 kr till 1490 kr på invingningsfest på Power i Kungsgatan 27 i Stockholm. Sedan har jag aktiverat på Moccamasters hemsida och fick hela 10 års garant. Riktigt schysst! :)

Super maskine, enkel og effektiv. Brygger god kaffe.

Poor customer service. We received their product as a gift but was gifted bright orange colored machine that we did not like and would not match anything in our kitchen. We thought we would reach out to ask about an exchange as we have all the shipping and product information and the box was unopened but found out the are very are to get ahold of and not helpful or understanding. When you call the companies number they don't answer and tell you to call back during their business hours. I called 3 times during their business hours to receive this same response. We next reached out of social media and did not receive a response either. The last way we reached out was by emailing through their website and finally got a response. The response was condescending and not understanding or helpful. They said they could not help us but asked us to disrespectfully reach out to the person who gifted the machine and go through them to return and exchange. The worst part was when they said they did not understand what the issue was, that orange was a beautiful and unique color. I expected better from a smaller business with high end products and says they commit to their customer service.

God service och trevligt bemötande där den inhandlades

Ganska dyr. Har haft Melitta innan och tycker inte att kaffet är godare i Moccamaster än Melitta eller när jag handbrygger för den delen. Däremot håller den bra temp vid varmhållning. Där är en skillnad. Blev lite besviken på att inte få köra kannan i diskmaskinen. Bra att mycket går att ta av för rengöring. Måttskopan är inte avpassad för att räkna kopp för kopp, men har ju Melittas kvar. Jag gör ofta 2-4 koppar. Moccamasters skopa tar 10 gram kaffe, medan en kopp är väl 6 gram? Blir ju knasigt mot antal koppar i vattentanken. Då är det lättare med Melittas kaffemått som stämmer med vattentankens mått. Bra med 10 års garanti. Hade min Melitta ungefär så länge så förväntar mig att denna håller i 15 år minst då. Då blir den inte så dyr.

Purchase November 2025. Stopped working March 2026.
Warranty states to send it back and that they would provide a prepaid mailing label.
Problem. Where do I find the correct sized box. Do I need protective interior packaging?
I had filled the warranty immediately after the purchase, so I expected a new one to be sent. If you want the defective one, I’ll pack it in the box of the new one that I felt that I should receive.
No, says MoccaMaster. We will only repair your broken one. Plus… we hope that you can find your receipt, because we won’t do a thing if you only filled out the warranty form (which I did).

I thought that if one fills out a warranty, a new one would be sent. I understand the need for Moccamaster to see the defective unit, but clearly your management and
warranty protocol requires the logistics that I suffered through.

I’m out time, frustration, and the cost of a replacement coffee maker.

For this specific reason, I cannot recommend Moccamaster. Let’s see how long my repaired unit will last.
The time to find a box + the time to pack dnd ship + the time to go across the country + the time for MoccaMaster to receive and diagnose + the time to repair and ship + the time to transport across the country was WAYYY too long.
I went out and bought a Keurig so that I could have my morning coffee.

Gode maskiner, som brygger velsmagende kaffe. Og så er deres kundeservice outstanding🤩🤩🤩

Det er den beste kaffetrakteren som er og har en i hytta også som er ca 20 år gammel og fungerer like fint
