The man that came to see me first was very nice and explained everything to me. The chair did take a bit longer than was said but when it came the two men that brought it had it in stalled within minutes, and very good.

I have enjoyed my bed and the lovely nights sleep my health is better for it l can breathe better at night and my husband is enjoying his too.

Brochure arrived quickly. A in home visit was arranged with a very nice salesman. He took the time to assess needs and the order was placed Tha day. Lead time for delivery was longer than I expected. The cost was also higher than I hoped for. The product itself is good. No more pain getting out of bed and it feels comfortable and solid, so probably worth the money.

On the leaflets you send out it states £300 of a chair or any other furniture I had to ask for this to get it and the 25% off your order was never mentioned and when I mentioned that I was told by the girl on the phone I had a year to decide if I wanted it or not when mentioned this to his said know we like to know so we can get it ordered straight away because it is hand made. When I phoned the office on the number I was given and he was abrupt and said i should have asked for 25% and it wasn't the salesman job. So i am not very happy about this it was expensive as it was and that discount would have been very handy as a pensioner. I don't suppose anything will happen and I will make sure other people will know about this. Niven

A BIT SOFTER THAN I HAD HOPE FOR BUT I CAN STLL FALL ASLEEP IN IT. I LIKED THE ELECTRIC BIT SO GENERALLY SPEAKING OK

We were going to buy a second item from this company particularly as they had very good deals for a second item. However. Their customer service was incredibly poor from beginning to end. We were given a delivery date and it was not met. My husband took a day off from work for it. We called then the day before to check the delivery would be going ahead. We were told the chair had failed quality control. Over the coming weeks I had to deploy various techniques for actually getting through to a member of staff. Any promised delivery dates were not met. We were promised arm covers for the chair to make up for our experience. They only arrived when we complained by email at the end of the process.

The chair did finally arrive, we had ten minutes notice that it was round the corner and none of our furniture had been moved in readiness.

The customer service from the customer service manager was very old fashioned and shocking, very defensive. The sales person who came to our house told us to call him with any issues after sale, when we did we were told that it wasn't his issue but he reluctantly agreed to look into things for us. I was not at all impressed.

I feel this Company gets away with bad service because they are used to dealing with a specific customer type. I did complain at the end of the process. I addressed this complaint to the directors. Sadly the same customer service manager responded.

That chair, has it happens is okay, but we had to factory reset it after a few weeks. It would have been incredibly useful to know about the factory reset from the start. The foot rest tilts at a slight angle. We did enquire about getting it into repair but were told it would take a good while to get a suitable replacement or a loan chair in.

There were a couple of staff that were lovely to talk too.

Customer service has moved on a lot in the last 20 years. Not for this company.

My parents were sold a 'made to measure' reclining chair and a small two seated sofa in January 2017 for £5,000 with applied discounts!!!! Upon delivery they immediately noticed they had been provided with the incorrect fabric covering. My initial call to complain was met with rudeness and being told that "as this was made to measure furniture, we had no legal rights for refund". Since that time Helen has been very helpful but this does not alter the fact that since purchase, my parents have suffered stress and constant upheaval for 6 months and have needed at least SIX home visits (for which the Company wanted to charge them a £90 fee each time) and have needed to have their furniture taken back to the factory to identify faults. It has been returned a month later without the problem being resolved and now the factory have said the noise when sitting and standing is due to the 'fabric' my parents chose. It was NOT the fabric they chose and if they know some of their fabrics can cause problems why sell them? The unwarranted cost of the single chair and two seated sofa was £5,000 with discounts applied and sold as 'made to measure', the chair seating diameters and the sofa diameters are both different, when they should be the same and in order to combat this and to make sitting comfortable my parents were told to cut the cushions and remove the stuffing! They are both in their late eighties and believed when they were measured for the seating, it would be made to accommodate their own measurements and comfort, it was not. A comparable reclining chair from Sofa World at the time of purchase was selling for £387.99 a fraction of the cost. We are pursuing a full refund, or, a fully functional replacement made to measure furniture with the correct fabric but, as yet have heard nothing back from the Directors. This industry was under scrutiny on the BBC Watchdog programme this week, Rogue Traders, for praying on the elderly and vulnerable overpricing and making pressure sales without the elderly families knowledge, take a look before you buy! My father has ordered 2 beds from the company we were promised 2 week delivery, he is currently in hospital and his release is dependent on these beds, yet someone called him yesterday saying they would not be ready until July 4th. 5 weeks is a VERY long time for someone to be stuck in hospital waiting for a bed to be made especially when 2 weeks was promised!!! The person spoke to him on the phone he is hard of hearing so he asked them to email further details - he is still waiting

Both chairs delivered in March 2016 have now broken down. I need somebody from the company to repair my chairs in accordance with the promised 5 year guarantee.

Complete confidence from the beginning to the receiving of my chair and settee.

Representative was very helpful and delivery was on time and service as expected and promised.

Good advice. Good product. Arrived on time. Helpful delivery men.
